About this house rental
This home is amazing; with seven bedrooms and three bathrooms there is plenty of space for large groups or families. Shire approval for a maximum of 12 people, this home is perfectly set up for your next holiday. Wander over the dunes to the beach and enjoy the marina lifestyle.

You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

We had fantastic time in Exmouth. Some highlights of the property are: the pool table was a huge hit, verandah provided fantastic space to just chill, beach just over the sand dune, might not be the prettiest beach but kids enjoyed splashing in the water before dinner time. The management team is great and actioned our requests to empty bins or pick up left behind property straightaway. The house and furnishings are a fair bit older than the photos lead to believe. The house hasn't had a deep clean for a while, internal walls and windows need a clean + removing old cob webs. Found it a little odd in today's age not to have wifi in the house so guests need to make sure that they have telstra or optus mobile connection.

Property now becoming long in the tooth.
Must have been spectacular when it was new. However after years of neglect by the property managers, it has become long in the tooth. The original photos of the property are unrepresentable. The house was disgustingly filthy with webs in every room, black mould in bathrooms, grease blocking the cooker extraction, and unclean dishwasher and BBQ. The bare faced cheek to charge for cleaning was laughable. Carpets badly stained, holes in the walls, garage stored with junk, beds, bedding and towels cheap and nasty. Some smoke alarms were not functional I noticed. The place needs refurbishing for the money it costs. Does the absent owner know? That all said the position on the beach, the huge veranda, the community living made for a great family holiday. Just clean the house.

Would not stay here again, for the price it should be in better condition. The house was really well set up for large groups but the way the house has been built with the second floor being floor boards not concrete or soundproofed amplifies the noise of walking on the second floor down into all the bedrooms downstairs, not good for sleeping. The house cleaning is very poor and I see other reviews mentioning this so the management have not taken any notice of these complaints. The outdoor deck had a damaged floor board which left a large open hole in the deck, to fix this they put a small table over the top and left it.
It is a shame to give a bad review on a house which has so much potential but if you are going to charge high prices then keep the properties in good condition. Spend some money back into the house instead of just pocketing it.

Family Holiday
Awesome property, balcony doubly awesome, everything you could ever need was there, lovely quiet area, pebble/rocky beach across the road. Would definitely stay at this property again. My family and I had the best holiday in Exmouth and this property made it even better.

This property was in a great location not too far from amenities and right across from the beach which you could hear whales all day and night long the only down side to this property it could of been a bit cleaner ie cob webs through out whole house and carpets a bit dirty but I still rate this property a 5/5.. check in & out very simple.
