I was only 6 days in this hotel and i got much more than expected. I travel a lot and seen really thousands of hotels because of my business, but this is a excellent selection for this price. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was always cleaned perfect. Establishment is a little bit older, but was absolutely ok for me. most important for me was the breakfast, which is absolutely perfect, all items i like was available. The people from reception up to bar keeper very very friendly and always helplful. The pool is good, would say small but fine and the gym also fine . i can easily say, that will be in future my regular hotel when i come to Bangkok, and that will be in some weeks again. Best regards to the team, that u give me a pleasant stay.

Struttura fantastica, veramente tutto ottimo, le camere belle spaziose, pulite. Posizione centralissima, staff gentile e accogliente, colazione ottima, che dire non posso lamentarmi di nulla. Merita più stelle secondo me, consiglio vivamente

実はよく似た名称の他のホテルと間違えて予約をしてしまい間違いに気付いたのが前日だった為、やむを得ずこちらに滞在する事に...予約予定のホテルと比べると全てにおいて劣るが、こちらのホテルに関してのみ言えばお値段以上かと思います。部屋は広々としていてベッドも大きく寝心地も良し。水はビンだが毎日2本補充されタオルも交換されています。朝食も品数はそこそこあり卵料理は頼めば目の前で焼いてくれる。味はまぁビュッフェなので普通。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえるがポーターの対応が素晴らしく気持ちの良いものでした。

駅からの距離が歩けるけど遠い。雨が降ると最悪。ショッピング等の帰り道で足が疲れていると更に遠く感じる。無料トゥクトゥクが利用出来るとの事だったがホテル前に待っているのに1回だけ出会したが他の人が乗って行ってしまい待つ事20分、戻って来る様子も無く結局タクシーか徒歩。朝食のサラダ(ビュッフェのトマト)に髪の毛が混じっててちょっと嫌な気持ちに...そして小蝿が１匹だけど飛んでて、ちょっと残念な感じ。フロントスタッフの対応は悪いものでは無かったがタイ語か英語のみ。アメニティが歯ブラシ含めほぼ無い。10階滞在の為かシャワーの水圧が低くシャンプーを流すのに長く掛かる。部屋のドアが非常に重い。

Hicimos una reserva para 2 adultos y 2 niños,poniendo la edad en la reserva.Cuando llegamos solo había 1 cama en la habitación.La solución que nos dieron fue poner un protector de colchón ,ni siquiera colchón,en el suelo y pagándolo como extra.Otra familia estaba en la misma situación,lo que quiere decir que es una práctica habitual de este hotel.Tuvimos que contratar una segunda habitación.Me parece inaudito que pretendan que 4 personas duerman en 1 cama.No nos había pasado nunca en ningún hotel del mundo.Tenemos reserva para el 11/8/24 y estamos en la misma habitación.Nos podrían ayudar a solucionarlo para próxima entrada?

Great value for money

Nice facilities, big and comfortable room. The personnel was very nice and welcoming as well.

I read some comments about the mold before and unfortunately our room seemed to have some signs of mold around the AC as well. I am not a professional but black dots around there seemed like mold to me and there was some heavy damp smell in the room. Also, one of elevators didn't work for some time and it took a long time to go up and down since the hotel was full of guests but they fixed it in one day. Pls note that the lounge aread near the reception is quite small. If you don't have a Sky club lounge included in your stay, then using it without food and etc included costs about 900 baht per person.

Great stay, well located, friendly staff, clean and pleasant hotel. Comfy beds!

Good location, friendly staff, comfy beds

1000 thb deposit per night which seemed excessive. Some of the rooms are in the main building, some of the rooms are in a separate building which is across a short road. There is a security guard who helps guide across the road in hours of darkness.

Perfekt wie immer

Zentral, sauber, nettes Personal, gutes Management, vergessene Reiseutensilien wurden per Post nachgesandt, Preis ok, gehobene Ausstattung, Pool, Fitness, Sauna neu und sauber, Rooftop Bar/ Restaurant, Bars und Clubs im beliebten Viertel Soi 11-4min entfernt, 10min. Fussgang zur BTS Nana, bereits dreimal hier übernachtet, Vielreisender, ich komme immer wieder.

The entire hotel was comfortable, quiet, attractive. Food was excellent. Great staff and service.

The beds were so comfortable that when I arrived after not sleeping for two days, I just wanted to lie down (but I didn't). Executive floor lounge was peaceful and the snacks were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Concierge was also helpful with looking after bags and taxi. Thank you for a great first night in Bangkok and in Thailand! I'll be back.

GOOD CHOICE, GOOD STAY, MUST STAY AGAIN.

The property is clean and the staffs are really friendly. Despite the location being extremely close to many night clubs/pubs, there wasn’t much noise in the room that I stayed in (Ruby). Overall, it’s a good choice to stay in this hotel if you’re traveling with friends or your spouses. But if you have children, recommend to stay near the city instead because that will be close to many shopping malls. Tuktuks outside do charge quite a bit, taxis too. Traffics can be quite bad if you were to go to the city. But location is pretty near to Jodds Fair night market in case you are curious.

The room they gave me was on another side building across the street in which there were some kind of repairs being done. Had to walk across to the main building for breakfast.

hatte eine suite im 15. stock...hervoragende wahl, ca 70qm Frühstück im M-floor bietet eine rießige auswahl, eierspeissen werden frisch zubereitet zusätzlich für "club-sky" bucher gibt es auch ein frühstück im 16 stock (nicht genutzt) lage top...direkt an der soi 11 im surkhumvit BTS in 10 min erreichbar

Yet another amazing stay.

We stayed at the club level. We have stayed there 4 times, so this tells you how much we like it. The club level rooms are lovely as is the club room breakfast where we chose to eat. You can also have breakfast in the large breakfast room that has a huge selection. The staff are amazing, to name just a few who made our stay so special: Kaylyn, Maphang, Mika, Bowling, Sita, Mee, Punch, and chefs Gam, and Nan. The hotel is in the heart of the entertainment area where you find many bars and clubs with live music. The Sky train is minutes away where you can explore the amazing city. We will be back again next November. Thank you to all the staff

VERY DISSATISFIED

Even though reserved and paid for room 10 weeks in advance ON ARRIVAL NOT THE ROOM OR BED ARRANGEMENT CONFIRMED. Hotel response is WE CANNOT CONFIRM AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS UNTIL ARRIVAL??? SOUNDS LIKE WE WERE LUCKY TO EVEN HAVE A ROOM AVAILABLE.... Be wary of concierge offers for excursions and taxi arranging. Big big RIP OFF for first time tourists until you find your feet and understand prices. Recommend a smaller personal hotel as much more honest and helpful.

They put my wife and me in a smaller block and not the main hotel as described in my booking until I told them so. The concierge was trying to scalp us with ridiculously expensive tours.

Frendliches Personal, bequeme Betten, Zugang zur Lounge genial, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Pool voll mit Indern, die nur rumstehen, leider kein Schwimmen möglich, erst so ab 18'00 Uhr. Aber damit kann ich leben..
