الموقع ممتاز جداااا الفندق لاصق في فاستيفال سنترال مول ومقابل بتايا نايت بازار والفندق له مدخلين .. المدخل الرئيسي على الشارع الرئيسي في بتايا .. والمدخل الخلفي يطلعك عالبحر

اسوأ تكييف مر عليه من بين كل فنادق تايلند تم تغيير 4 غرف واخر استقريت على غرفة تكييفها زييين

Great for Families...My little ones loved the pool.

The location is excellent. The beach is close by and the mall is walking distance on the right and the night market is walking distance to the left. What esle do you need!. For muslim travellers there are muslim restaurants in the Mall and a nice Pasha Kebab shop when u walk left from the beach.

海景房很美，早餐环境很好品种再丰富些更好。

位置很好就在购物中心旁边，走到海滩也就几分钟，海景房很不错海滩很美，工作人员也挺热情，前台也会一些简单的中文。

第一天去吃早餐，可能是工作人员没有交接好，让我们签字，最后退房结账时要支付早餐费用，实际订单是包含早餐的，前台还是圆满解决了，希望工作安排能够顺畅？

Een heel kindvriendelijk hotel.

De prima lokatie. De plezierige manier waarop je door her personeel wordt behandeld. En, hoewel al een wat ouder hotel, is het - in tegenstelling tot veel andere Thaise hotels - goed onderhouden en heeft het een huiselijke sfeer. . Heel veel faciliteiten voor kinderen.

De grootte van de kamer, kleine langzaam werkende liften, en toch ook wel te duur. (Prijs/prestatie).

Beautiful place, excellent location, wonderful staff.

The location was excellent. The staff very courteous and helpful. I quite like the breakfast as well.

My room had a connecting door to my neighbours room Causing noise to travel easily. My neighbour was pretty noisy, specially throughout the night. Every night I woke up around 435 because of extreme noise coming from my neighbour. Despite my complaining about this at the front desk, no action was taken. Apart from this, the bathroom in my room was pretty small and congested. Apart from that, everything else was really superb.

الموقع بس

متروس هنود بس هذي الشغله تخلي الواحد يفكر مليون مره الفندق فيه مبنيين الاول فيه اسنصير والثاني اللي كانت غرفتي فيه ما فبها اسنصير وهذي كانت وايد مشكله مع العلم ان يقدرون يحطون اسنصير بهذا المبنى بسهوله كلش بس الظاهر مايبون يخسرون فلوسهم الغرفه مو نظيفه لاني لقيت وصخ تخت الفراش بمكان ينشاف بسهوله مو مكان صعب اني اشوفه يعني اما كنت اقعد بالكرسي بالغرفه اشوف في شوية وصخ تحت الفراش فماعندي اكثر من هالتعليق والتكييف فترة الظهر لما ابيه يكون بارد ما يبرد الغرفه بسرعه ويقعد فتره طويله ما يبرد الغرفه اما بالليل فبسرعه تبرد الغرفه وكنت ساعات بالليل اخليه على وضع المروحه بس يتم يبدر فعندهم مشكله بالتكييف الغبي مالهم ههههه الفندق له مدخلين الاولى من صوب البحر وكان نوعا ما زين اما الثاني اللي من الشارع الخلفي الموازي للبحر فكان كارثه بمعنى الكلمه تمشي مسافه طويله وفيه صعده بعد فما ادري الفندق ما يعرف يحط قولف كار علشان يوصل الناس على الاقل لي اللوبي بس بدال هالتعب فندق يستخير كل شي ما افكر اروحله مره ثانيه

Near Indian restaurants, clean good hotel, beach road location, staff very good speaks English

Should remove bathtub and put glass partition in bathrooms as they are very small for a bath tub. But housekeeping was always a call away

Great location and staff, but the elevators and large groups of rude people turned me off for future stays.

Location and staff

There was a large group of people from India. Many were very rude and pushy towards the Thai staff. Not the hotels fault, but an observation. The elevators would only allow four people at a time and was very slow. We waited more than 10 minutes to get down to the lobby floor. We had to take the stairs down and up once for seven floors. This needs to be fixed.

Good location, near to a large shopping mall and the beach. Good breakfast. Good value for money in general.

Room decor a bit outdated. Cleanliness acceptable only, places not easily accessible (under the bed, at the corners) were not cleaned.

Prime location, price reasonable, hotel guard kindly answered questions and loaned me an umbrella to not get rained on walking to the office.

Entrance pretty far back from road and no clear sign saying to walk on road if traveling by foot.

The staff make this hotel and the location is perfect.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The view from the room is great and the room itself is very comfortable.

The toilet in the bathroom was similar to what you would see in a small childs school bathroom, very lowdown and in quite a confined space, not what you would expect from a good hotel.

Room is spacious. By the way, it would be grateful if bathroom can be renovated to be more beautiful such as bathroom door, bathtub and shower curtain.

nice hotel and great location.

the hotel is nice and the rooms are very large. The staff around the hotel are polite too. The location is excellent. The hotel also has 2 large pool areas and a young kids pool as well. The breakfast was very good too.

Some of the rooms were very noisy. Some guests like to gather in big groups and hang out in one room resulting in it being very noisy at times.

The breakfast looked poor value for money at 750 bhat per person given so many cheap restaurants within a two minute walk.

It was an ok experience.

The location was good and price was reasonable.

We started out our trip at the check in where the staff was not helpful at all and also made a grumpy face the whole time while checking us in. The same person checked us out as well. He’s good at what he does no doubt cuz he helped us upgrade one room but a smile wouldn’t hurt. The other staff like the pool bar tender was amazing. He really was sweet. Took extra care of us and even was friendly to all the kids.

Very good

Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. We had a City view room on the 8th floor of the main building and it was a good sized room with no noise pollution. Great location between 2nd Road and Beach road and on the bhat bus route. Breakfast was okay, not the best but not the worst.

Drinks by the pool were very expensive even for a couple of cokes. I don't know why hotels do this but just tell me the price of a drink etc. Please don't show a price and then when you get the bill it's a lot more because you've added service charge and taxes! Just show the FULL price on the menu because that's what I'm going to pay.
