Good pool, nice food, nice water park, the shows are a good but a bit late tommy opinion
The hotel's beach is disgusting - too many see-weed, we took a taxi for sunny beach for a great beach. That was disappointing, also me and my girl got food poisoning or something - that was terrible.
In our room-there was water coming all over the bathroom, they say they fix in the morning but didn't heard from them..

Все було чудово!
4.3
Everything: room, food, pools, staff , location
Parking is small and they aren't enough place for all guests cars
4.3
The food was very good, fresh and tasty.
Although it is a 5* hotel, there is no shampoo, conditioner or soap, only a general liquid for everything. No water or other products in the room. You have to wake up early and put something on the lounger if you want a reasonable place near the pool, although the hotel declares it is not permitted.
4.3
The staff was rude and their level of understanding of basic English is very low except for one receptionist. The beach is dirty.
The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very suitable for children
4.3
Good and diverse food, cleanliness, location near the beach, animation team, aquapark for all ages.
The desserts were synthetic and too sweet

The location is great. It has its own beach for the guests at Sol Palace. The beach is not something special but it is okay if someone prefers it then the pool. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. We stayed for 5 nights and the sheets were changed once so it was enough. The lady that cleaned our room was very polite and smiled every time she saw us. One day she arranged the bed with towels made like swans and placed my daughter's dols on the bed and we were very happy when we saw all this. It was really nice.
The food in the main restaurant was delicious!!! All the fish and sea foods, all the salads and the other dishes were really delicious and varied. It was very well supplied. They had great fruits and desserts, even food for babies!
The pool was great as well. They have a beach bar close to the pool so it's great if you want a drink by the pool. There's a fridge with icecream almost all day. They make donuts and other snacks by the pool.
The billiard bar was a little bit outdated. May be it should be renovated and it would be a nicer place to spend some time.
The Italian restaurant is really nothing special. The pizza was okay, as well as the other dishes there but I expected more from it. I'm glad we ate from the main restaurant for most of the nights.

Staff was so nice. Thank You❤️💋
We was there not ot the seeson.

The food was excellent, the property and potential were amazing. Room had great view, was clean and all-in-all the property was well up do date - no clear division of old vs new.
Great for families even with small kids.
We clearly visited RIGHT before the start of the season and could feel the priorities were on getting ready. Only the main restaurant and pool bar were open while other advertised facilities (at least two more restaurants should have been open - were not) were undergoing preparations for the season.
Since the weather was on-off we could really feel we had nothing to really take part of during our stay. But i can also say we would definitely love to visit again, during high season to really get the taste of the “ooh i wish that was open”.

they said its all inclusive but its not, i paid for all inclusive but then they told me the spa and everything else is not with the hotel and i have to pay for everthing if i want something like spa
in all other hotels when i travel when i pay for all inclusive its real all inclusive
they even want money for slippers i mean its not about the money but in nowhere else they want money for slippers
in all other hotels there is in rooms

Placed in a very nice an quite area of Nessebar. Easy access to the old Town with a boat.
The food wasn't good.

variety of entertainment, food, room
beach not very big and far

Clean rooms, clean hotel, friendly staff. For sure it is not a 5 star hotel by all means but it is a good value you get for the price paid. It is a good place to stay for a decent budget, relaxing and has some nice water slides
Freezing water in the pools
Average food

The hotel facilities are very diverse, you can spend a whole day having fun at the pools, water slides, kids club and during the night shows. The food is overall good, with a lot of options to pick from during breakast, lunch and dinner. Between meals there are also snacks like hot dogs, doughnuts, pizza and a lot of drinks. An excellent pick for families with kids. Staff was friendly and promptly answered to all requests. Overall a great vacation!
The water drains underneath the shower cabin and so the bathroom was partially flooded pretty much all the time and so the tile was slippery.
4.3
Great sea view, nice park
it wasn’t clean enough. the bed is too uncomfortable. the bathroom needs to be renewed
4.3
Great resort, all inclusive contains everything you need.

Large selection of food, meats, veggies, side dishes, drinks etc - its more or less the same variety for every day, but if you stay for a week you can choose different meal each day - nice pool and slides area for kids, beach is close - sun beds are 10Lv/day ( not hotel property )rooms are clean and OK, not quite 5* but OK, you go to the room only to sleep anyway...if you prefer quieter room choose park view, due to different shows sea view is louder, but only till 24.00
Poor selection of TV channels, at least in my room - if you go in full season expect quite a crowd, but that's not the hotels fault - the served rose and white wine tastes funny - for me, but that's again subjective :)
4.3
- the resort facilities are appreciated especially by the kids
- the staff did a great job!
- the pools with tubes are a great asset of this resort
- for all-inclusive concept the food was good, with a large variety of choices. Even if you are a demanding person you may find something good to eat.
- clean hotel
- quality of the drinks (juice, alcoholic and coffee) - the best one was the water.
- WIFI - Although I had been working in telecommunication for over 15 years and I have an idea about networks it was a challenge to connect to their internet network. There were many interruptions and disconnections. Maybe 2-3 different networks instead of one would be a better choice.
- there are no sunbeds on the beach. They have some, but on the property - 30-40 m distance from sea + stairs
On a separate neutral note I would suggest the resort to correctly advertise its facilities and I'm referring to parking. In the parking area of the hotel description on booking it is written that parking is possible, reservation not needed. On the special mentions area it is written that parking is subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel. Although the hotel representative did their best in this regard (and I highly appreciated it!) I suggest to be more clear regarding this topics and the references to parking to be aligned/similar

Second bedroom of the flat only had two single beds with no other furniture with no openings from doors and windows and it was crazy hot. The room was more like in one star hotel.
The dining area was crazy busy with long waiting. When you come alone and you go to get some food every time I came back the table was empty and some time I had to wait 3-4 times to make myself another coffee even when I told the staff. Not many of the staff speak Bulgarian which was also a problem. Food was also taken away many times and it is a such food waste. My Older daughter(well behaved shy girl) age 14-48kg,165cm was not allowed on the rocky river slide. The explanation was she is too big. She is a kid- tall and slim and she was was so disappointed as that was her favourite slide. The manager of the park said -'The rules are rules' but there is no clear rules anywhere on show. There where so many bigger and heavier kids using the slide. All I want to say is that was completely unnecessary in the 5 star resort and may stop us coming next time.

Everythink perfect . Thank you.

Lots of choice for food and entertainment. Kids were entertained until 10:30 at night. Plenty of pools, slides, parks. Beach area was lovely. Snack options through the day were great. Room was spacious but basic. Reception staff were excellent. I would go back to this hotel.
Air con in rooms was substandard and overall the hotel is in need of some modernisation. Requirement to pay for the security deposit box is antiquated. Service staff could be quite rude at times. More sun loungers needed around the kids pools. Adult entertainment was cheesy.
4.3
Food is good and choice is diverse. Pool is clean and large, but all the sunbeds are occupied unless you drop your towel at 6am. Stuff is actually friendly and helpful, trying to solve your problem if you have one - this is a rare thing in Bulgaria. This is probably standard (I am first time in all-inclusive), but cocktails are easy and fast to get, no hussle like in crowded bars, even if there's a queue, it will be fast moving. Good SPA (we used a couple procedues and were quite happy).
This certainly NOT a 5* hotel, and have no idea who and why gave them 5 stars. I'd say 3* maximum. No private beach - there is a beach, but it is not private. There's a strong (bad) smell in most corridors, carpet is dirty. Furniture in the room is old, bathroom has cheapest possible appliances and bath/sink, which are not very well attached to the wall (in our case). No promised minibar. Playroom has limited amount of stuff to do - pool tables are always busy when you want one, and again everything is old. So, all in all, you'd get a good rest, if you don't need a good quality living quarters, stay outside near the pool if you can find a sunbed :)
