Excelent, foarte potrivit pentru nevoile și dorințele noastre!

Locația excelenta, pe plaja!! Dotările camerei excepționale: plită electrică, cuptor cu microunde, expresor de cafea, fier de calcat, masă de călcat, feon, frigider suficient de încăpător.

Daca mergi cu autocarul, e un pic mult de mers pe jos până la drumul principal și supermarketuri, Nesebar...dar nu de nerealizat 15-20 minute de mers pe jos, numai bine cât sa îți menții silueta🙂

Great value for money, lovely view, nice staff, pets welcome.

Локацията е супер, защото е точно на плажа и буквално заспиваш на шума на вълните. В този залив да има доста водорасли, които не се чистят редовно, но сутрин водата е много приятна. Гледката е прекрасна, студиото е оборудвано с всичко необходимо, персоналът е мил и отзивчив.

Матракът не беше най-удобният, но е ОК. Ако идвате с домашни любимци, имайте предвид, че са добре дошли в комплекса, но не и на двата плажа отпред.

Одно из любимых мест

Замечательное место !!! Мы тут уже второй раз и мы уже второй раз безмерно довольны! Чистая студия ,современная ,стильная. Кофемашина капсульная- отдельный плюсик в карму. Парковка бесплатно. Пляж под окном- чистый и красивый. Закаты из окна - это просто нечто!!! Приезжайте ,не пожалеете!

Минусов нет ) может ,несущественные ,но это не имеет значения!!!

Skvělé ubytování

Perfektní ubytování přímo u moře, chtěli jsme mít trochu soukromí a tohle ubytování ho splnilo dokonale - výběžek Akrotiria působí napůl opuštěně, dá se odsud skvěle pozorovat jak východ, tak západ slunce a podnikat odsud krátké pěší výlety. Pokoj byl dobře vybavený, postele naprosto pohodlné (tvrdší), v kuchyňce vše potřebné k vaření (dokonce bylo k dispozici i kafe, sůl, pepř... ) včetně mycích prostředků, sporák, mikrovlnka, konvice.. Koupelna prostorná, mýdlo, smeták se hodil, když jsme přišli od písku... Vše čisté. Snídani jsme neměli, ale byli jsme dvakrát na večeři ve vedlejší restauraci Sacré a jídlo vynikající.

Pro check in se musí jít na recepci hotelu Chateau Del Marina, ale to žádný velký problém není.

Comfortable apartment on the sea

Great, as previous time. Fantastic location near the sea, in a walking distance from Nesebar beach, near great snorkeling spot. Well equiped rooms, air-conditioning, comfortable room overall, new furniture. This time we had an apartment on the ground floor: no view, but patio and quick access to the beach.

Limited parking facilities.

Fantastic sea view from room and terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen, but if you want to go to a restaurant, there are several steps away. In one of them are freshly caught fish dishes, very well prepared. We will definitely be back soon.

Great choice for families, older people and calm groups

- very clean and spacious accommodation - nice appartment near the sea - we had special requirement about appartment location and staff was very helpful and tried to fullfill that - accommodation on higher floors with great sea view, ground floor with nice garden and smaller, but nice partial sea view - equipment - everything necessary and many more - parking behind private gate - absolutely recommended - change of bed linen and towels approx. 1 per week - very quiet during evenings and nights

- little bit full parking during August weekend, but everytime there was free space, so no problem

Highly recommended peaceful getaway

A fantastic location overlooking the beach, clean and comfortable. Away from the crowds down the coast but close enough to anywhere you might want to visit. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony and you fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. The lovely Poli welcomed us and was on hand for any queries. It's 15 minutes on foot to the supermarket and 30 minutes from all the shops, but we love walking so it was easy for us. If you want to eat out, you're spoiled for choice with restaurants and takeaways. We fell in love with Nessebar Old Town. A surprise bonus was a washing machine in our apartment. Highly recommended peaceful getaway.

The welcome pack was coffee and sugar, and we brought our own teabags, but it would have been great to have milk on the first morning. Quite random, but one of the cups was large, the other small so we took turns having the big cup. It would have been useful to have a microwavable container for meals but I reckon we will be in the minority of visitors who wanted to eat in.

Great location

The location is perfect, the beach is clean and well kept, everything you need is close by. The restaurant Sacre which is very near is amazing.

The apartments are very tiny and the kitchen corner gives out cooking fumes from other floors into the rooms which is very unpleasant. We had issues finding the place on the navigation and had to call and wait for the landlady to come pick us up and provide keys.

I would love to return. Best for both mid summer or autumn stay enjoying the romance of the sea.

I was for a week with my wife and 1.6 years old daughter. Location is incredible. We were in a one bedroom apartment with amazing sea views both from bedroom and living room with super lovely balcony. I loved the comfort of home having everything you may need for a family in the kitchen as well as washing machine. Car park very useful and private for free. Two amazing beaches nearby. Quiet and cozy place. We were allowed to use the swimming pool of the neighbour building, as all hotels there are in the same group/family. Pool was warm and clean. Staff very friendly.

You are not able to find the reception, it is in another building, and no signs or map of the area to find it. Cleaningnes was not the best.

Perfect location. Nice contact person. Immediately fixed little problem. Accomodation offered more than we expected. 2 bathrooms are bonus for families. Nice views, surroundings. Little quite crowded beach, but still comfy feeling. Possible walking distance ( fornot lazy people) to old Nessebar through the beaches with great views. Recommend.

So close to a really nice beach - and several others. Restaurants and bars are also close by (walkable). Not full of tourists. The opposite of Sunny Beach.

A big no no!!!

Location is the best for families with small children. We have one child (3 years old), and he had the best time. The beaches are 1 min from the apartment. There are some stairs to go down.

I don't know how people said that in this location, the apartments are clean. We stayed 4 days, and just once the towels where changed. Nobody changed our bed sheets and nobody came to clean the room or to take the trash. It was misserable when we came, nobody cleaned that apartment before we checked in. The floor was sticky, and the bathroom was not disinfected. I will come for the location only, but i will defenetly stay at the st. Panteilemon hotel ( that is nearby)

Gorgeous view!

The view from the balcony was amazing and can not be fully described with words. I can not rate it overall as exceptional because of the stated below. Nevertheless, I dare to say that if you are able the skip those, the room location is a very worthwhile. The staff member who handed us the keys was very kind and friendly.

1. Foul smell coming from toilet/sewer pipe. Now I tend to think that it was a problem within the Community's building. I don't know if it can be fixed, but, in my view, it has to be notified. It is possible that this was an isolated case and will get fixed soon. 2. I was expecting that they would be more careful with in-room facilities, for instance- shower gel was missing.

Just a nice view, but smelly and not very clean.

Beautiful view and right on the beach.

The room smelled very bad, there was still sand everywhere on the floor. After asking to switch the room it couldn't be accommodated and we were given a spray to cover the smell. No description was given on where to get the keys, we were lucky to find a helpful guest who showed us where to go.

Location is perfect, the beach is lovely and clean. The view from the room is gorgeous. You have everything needed in the room, a washing machine was a good surprise for me. The private parking is also very nice. If you search a place for family and pet friendly this is your place.

Only the bed… it was the worst bed ever very very soft:(. I hope they will be replaced
