Elegant and luxurious room, comfortable and beautifully presented
Excellent breakfast
Kind and attentive staff
Wonderful central location but necessary to pay a bit extra for parking (though reception helped with parking arrangements very efficiently)

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Their restaurant is good and breakfast rich. The girls from the reception were very kind and made a fire for us into the living room fireplace. Thanks a lot!
It was hard to find a parking place nearby.

Exactly what you want from a historical boutique hotel in a small city. Lots of charm and character, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very quiet and big and included some comfortable seating. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Breakfast had a free complimentary a la carte menu, which was awesome. Bathroom was very nice, bed was roomy and comfy. Location was excellent.
Door of the room lets all the sounds through very easily. My room was on the first floor, next to a hallway where people walk past at night, and I had to sleep with earplugs on because the door did nothing to stop the sounds. Regarding breakfast, some guests didn't understand the a la carte breakfast menu was free of charge and included, so for them the experience of the breakfast was lessened.

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer sehr sauber und groß, schöner Holzfussboden, Betten sehr gut, Badezimmer hell und freundlich
oldfashioned - das muss man mögen

the suite had a 3x3m bed and a two-person marmor-bath and a working fireplace in the room
breakfast good be better but still was better than most of the places
3.5
A charming place, very good dinner, in town center
The only point to perfection is that they should manage to have an outside pool, either on site on the roof, or in the countryside nearby with a pool bar there: in May the weather was 100% sunny, temperature 20 °C same as in Cote d Azur or Marbella or Costiera Amalfitana where hotels are ten times more expensive with no better service (except the outside pool) . With the Earth warming, and the lack of any competition thousands of kilometers around, chance to turn such investment into a significant profit (at also for Tartu) are significant...

A la carte breakfast was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. I have tried many different hotels in Tartu but that is by far my favourite.

style
it could have been cleaner. Breakfast was mediocre, especially bread choices, cheap from the store and not from a bakery.

Very nice big room on the attic. Great breakfast and nice staff.
The handle to the bathroom fell off and the showerhead fell on my head.

Rooms are very lovely and comfortable. Absolutely our favorite one in Tartu.
There is only one small minus - no parking. You have to park in the streets.

Very nice small boutique hotel in central Tartu.
Rather limited breakfast for the level of the hotel.
Ongoing renovation of ”Ylikooli” on the opposite
side of the hotel. Be prepared for noise in the
morning if you have windows facing the street.

Nice, historic building, great location in the heart of old town, very helpful and friendly personnel, clean, cozy room, big bed, wonderful restaurant, excellent food and most professional and accommodating service.
No faults.
