Central location, comfy and clean

Comfy bed, clean room and close to public transport. Also l, hotel is located in a nice quiet area.

Convenient to the airport with the bus almost from the door

Room was quiet, clean and well appointed. Nice bathroom and extra study area. Breakfast was good.

Arrived late due to plane delays and the restaurant was closed. Kiosk offered dismal options if you have been travelling for many hours and not eaten.

Convenient and pleasant

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a good size.

Air con was very noisy so ended up turning that off. Bed and pillows were too soft for my liking

Will book again, but direct !

I loved the location to Heathrow, just a short journey to the airport by bus. Everything about the hotel was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful and continental breakfast was yummy !

Gutes Flughafenhotel.

Optimale Lage für Heathrow, die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut schallisoliert. Man hört kaum etwas vom Flugverkehr. Mit dem "hotelhoppa" Bus kamen wir unkompliziert zum Terminal.

Lovely

It was clean and couldn’t hear planes. The staff were super lovely and food was wonderful. We really enjoyed the coffee.

The doors a slamy so you can really hear it when someone is entering and leaving during the night.

A good option for somewhere nice and close to the airport.

The room was spacious and clean, and very quiet, especially given the location. Staff were friendly.

Room service food was average and the room was missing a few amenities (hair dryer, room service menu) that I had to ask to be brought to the room.

Our bed and pillows were very soft & saggy, not what you would expect from this style & price of hotel. The shower was a quite weak too (room 455)

we were so well treated with a room that was just perfect and a view that was ultra pretty. Perfect

It worked perfect with large space for 2 computors and worked for location with ease to terminal 5. Every one was helpful and very friendly.. view extremely pretty .. would stay again.. Do join hotel club then water is for free. very clean .. & comfortable in all ways.

Perfect Airport Hotel!

Incredible bed, great location, super clean & great staff. They were so adaptable with allergies in the restaurant. My son thought it was the best bed he’d slept in during our 2 weeks in the UK.

Barely anything although thought the restaurant was a bit pricey.

Good room let down by awful breakfast.

Great service st check-in. We were given access to our room 4 hrs prior to usual check-[n time. The room was spacious with great panoramic views of Heathrow Airport's runways...and very well sound proofed. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and of good quality as were the 100% cotton dressing gowns. Spacious fridge in the room.

Measly amount of teabags...just 2 English Breakfast Teabags. Awful shower over the bath tub...a poor dribble. No body lotion or tissues. Although cold breakfast choices were good, the hot breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired...all the items apart from sausages (which tasted great) were lukewarm. The fried eggs when eventually delivered were incompletely cooked with runny albumen and when rejected were taken back in a surly manner...no need for this. If you can't do eggs to order, then don't offer this service.. The scrambled eggs on the buffet were terrible...as they usually are. Better not to offer them.

Good for a night before a flight

It was nice. Felt small for a Hyatt hotel overall, but rooms were spacious and beds comfy.

Just one lounge and not a lot on the menu. Couldn’t order room service and phone just rang out each time I tried to call.

Quick stop between flights. Easy to catch a bus from Terminal 2 & 3 from Central Bus Station at LHR.

Great location for early flight from Terminal 5. Bus stop to the airport just at the doorstep of the hotel.

The room door and walls weren’t sound proof. A little bit noisy from the corridor traffic and neighbour guests.

Best hotel in Heathrow Area without a doubt!

Everything!! The close proximity to the central bus station and Elizabeth line. The proximity to Terminal 5 and how easy it is to reach it by bus, taxi or UBER. SUPER comfy bed. Nice, modern furniture.

Great stay, highly recommended.

Comfy quiet room with tea and coffee facilities and a great tv. Bathroom had all the usual requirements and lots of hot water. The room was well soundproofed, we didn't hear the airport across the road. The restaurant was great for dinner with a choice of curry or European dishes and breakfast had lots of choice and amazingly good croissants. The bus to terminal 2&3 stopped right outside the hotel.
