It was a lovely hotel in a pleasant location.
Staff were very friendly
The bathroom had no working door lock the bedside light shade was half off.
My daughters room had a curtain missing.
Minor things but still disappointing.
The rooms were booked months in advance something maintenance could have easily rectified before arrival

Stayed at hotel before and after a conference
Couldn’t figure out policy regarding parking rates

Room was big enough.
Breakfast was also good but same everyday. It would be mice to have different options daily.
Bed was comfortable

I didn't book breakfast. I loved the fact there was both a bath and a shower
There wasn't anything I didn't like

Usual hilton quality in terms of room size, amenities, bed, furniture etc. Nothing to say bad. Breakfast was relatively standard. Other guests were relatively quiet and respectful. Thus, a good night sleep..
price. on booking.com it was more expensive to get a queen room than a superior king room as a member of hihonors club. which does not make much sense. I wanted to cancel and rebook but it was a bit late. Gym was very very small. And A/C was not on/working, which made it also a sauna at the same time..Some fixtures in the room did not work that well..drainage for instance. but minor overall.

the room is large, relatively quiet and well equipped including coffee. Plenty of parking.
the staff at the desk are not always truthful- I was told there was no wifi in the hotel, and the restaurant was full- both complete nonsense. The wifi does not work in the lower levels. The menu and food are over priced and need refreshing.

Warm cookies on welcome. Lovely staff and the most comfortable beds. Splendid and serene surroundings.
Additional payment for parking.
The fitness centre was really cramped.

Room comfortable.
Breakfast nothing much left when we got down, had to ask for everything 9.15. Wasn’t impressed with breakfast at all.

Food was excellent with good choice,.Room was clean but safe didn't work, and basin very slow to drain.Staff very friendly
As with a previous Double tree hotel we stayed at,we had to query bill as food was added even though we were half board.Bottled water was not provided as should have been, and dirty laundry bag left in room on second day, otherwise would have rated even higher as generally great hotel and staff

Location , parking , comfortable rooms
It was all ok , breakfast could have been better but was ok

Location isn’t bad as it’s close to Paultons park
Very basic and extremely small, definitely not suitable for young child as there isn’t spare space to move around. The extra bed for the toddler isn’t comfortable, we ended up cosleep. The breakfast is not well made and not great choices. The receptionist isn’t welcoming but the canteen staff are nice.

Location , meals and comfort
We saw some hairs in the shower and our bedding so the cleanliness wasn’t 100 %

As you would expect from a Hilton. High standards.
The receptionist on arrival was not great. Gave us the wrong checking in sheet.
Not helpful when we asked to remove feather pillows due to allergy.

The bar off or a little bit slow, but very nice

The cooked breakfast was disappointing as it had been kept warm for a long time. The fruit was fine. I liked the dining room overlooking the trees.

Service
They charge for water, never had any experience in any hotels in the world!
No slippers on request, they say it’s in short supply, that’s not the customer’s fault that you didn’t plan well or you just want to make money!
Each delivery cost 5 pounds, even if ask for toothbrushes and towels.

Hotel and room was generally nicely decorated, a nice environment. Staff were very polite.
Room was not made up one day so I returned to unmade bed and dirty mugs etc.
Boring system of lodging credit card to pay for a drink after 10pm, not good enough to show them the room key and reservation card... they also had system problems so long wait to register. None of this was suggested at check in, would have been helpful.
No food or anything hot as food room service stops after 9.30pm. Was told I could order a delivery pizza! Not good for me as I work 9am to 10pm.

Property location, clean and nice room
Price as I was charged an extra £50 on top of price for my dogs which made it very expensive, should have been a holding fee incase of problems not a charge

Nice spacious room comfortable bed nice bathroom facilities
The staff didn’t seem to have a clue to what they were doing. They charged me for parking when they said it was free. Then charged me a £50 holders fee that they never told me about because I paid cash. They said I would receive it back and only got £32 back. They didn’t tell me breakfast was included with the room until I checked out so I quickly had breakfast and then they decided to charged me for it hence the why i was only refunded £32 even though it was included with the room

Problem with the credit card that was used fraudulently during the night by the hotel with several attempts of various amounts, after the payment of the stay was made at check-in which led to the cancellation of the card. During the stay I tried to talk to the manager who was never available to clarify me about what happened.
