Ideal location, spacious,well equipped flat.
8.0
Flat was clean and tidy, and all the family was amazed at how big this flat is, loverly kitchen layout with everything, if not more than you'd find at home. Everything worked as it should, good Internet connection, heated bathroom floor, great shower, good view.
Broken furniture sofa and bed seemed to have collapsed in the middle, so it wasn't comfortable.
No parking, you have to fight around the back streets to find suitable parking.
The entrance to the apartment is dirty with odd smells and stains on carpets' dirty walls. We were on level two, very strong smell of pet urine, I had to walk past covering my mouth to not be sick.
Trouble is I don't think the owner owns all flats, so it's difficult.

We were working nights so sleeping during the day, the property was in a very noisy area and neighbours playing musical instruments all day long so we didn't get much sleep for next night shift

once inside the apartment was generally very clean apart from the blinds. kitchen had kettle, coffee maker etc. coffee, tea and sugar. Bathroom was nice and clean as were the towels and bed linen
The main door to the building was constantly left unlocked. on entering the building there were ceiling tiles missing and water on the floor. the lift didn’t work and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. Parking was a problem as none provided with the property which is above shops and most of the side roads had double or single yellow lines. one of the sofas was very low and extremely uncomfortable.

The beds were really comfortable, and we loved the clean, open living space!
There wasn't much to dislike, in all honesty!

Easy to get to where we were going for this trip. Great communication from the host and easy to follow guidelines for gaining entry. There were enough facilities in the apartment and shops right opposite to quickly pick up anything we needed.
No parking right outside. Busy road outside so don't sleep with the windows open if you like a lie in!

spacious and clean
dodgy area and hall way and stairs need a clean and lift didn’t work

location is good for Peppa Pig world but property definitely not suitable for young children
The property smelt terrible and air fresheners could not mask the smell and this ruined our stay. The property manager arrived promptly with air fresheners but this did not suffice - we were not offered alternative accommodation so did not assume this was available. Had we been aware we’d have moved promptly. Another major issue was the furniture is not attached to wall, which we understand aids cleaning BUT a unit fell on my daughter when she opened the top draw - thankfully my mother was assisting her and caught the unit and we rushed to then assist as it was heavy and had hit her - could have been very serious if no one was with my daughter at the time. The flat is looking tired with unit doors not fully attached in the kitchen or the smaller bedroom. Extremely disappointing given the cost and whilst the owner said the smell is not common it is of note there were already air fresheners everywhere suggesting this has been a problem previously. Another flat owner suggested the smell came from Flat 10, but the owner denies this so not sure how big an issue this is but we would definitely not stay again as it was unbearable.

roomy. cooking facilities and washer dryer. Close to shops for food etc. Convenient for driving to Southampton and day trips.
Parking not always available close to building. Small issue with maintenance- repair needed to strip securing tiles in kitchen area. No lift.

Over all the apartment was lovely. Very spacious and comfortable. The hosts checked in and had great communication. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was clean and smelt very fresh.
The facilities list stated there were board games and books available for children, but there were none in the apartment.
I asked for a double room and a twin but was given two twin rooms instead.

the location ever .. size of room are good 👍

Good location. Downstairs is the bus stop, so it's convenient to go anywhere. Hosts reply is more timely. We need for more paper towels and garbage bags and the landlord were delivered the next day.
The landlord did not tell us in advance that when no one was in the house they just came in and deliver the paper roll.

The location was brilliant a good distance from everything you would want to visit.
Offered all the facilities you would want and more.
A lot bigger than you would think from the pictures.
The lift not working wasn’t the most convenient as I visited with a 3yr and a pregnant wife, so walking up and down the stair wasn’t great.
Also parking, we found most roads to be permit holders or yellow lined. The available roads to park on were also shared with residents of the road, so not always available spaces.

The apartment was O.K but the rest was rubbish
The lift was out of action and we had somebody with a bad back. Electric cables dangling and the stairways smelt dirty
5.0
Location was good. Although on a busy street but the sound was minimal (apart from one night when some hooligans were making noise as they walked by the street below)
The properties facilities need maintenance and updating. Freezer drawers are broken and ice accumulated. pans and oven plates stained. one arm of the sofa was had no rest was hollow and covered by cloth. towel rail in the bath kept coming off, the water stopper in the bath had no chain, the lifter did not work so was hard to pull off the stopper. main door handle was wobbly.

Everything was good.
Only there were no shampoo or body wash there.
But the flat was comfy and convince.
10.0
Very spacious and bright, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
On a bit of a noisy road which makes sleeping with the windows open tricky.
9.0
The flat itself was clean, comfortable, well ventilated. Well furnished. The location is good, near everything you may want or go to.
The landing was dirty and a pile of dust on the side. The wifi was very slow and inconsistent.

Great location
Very hot. A few things not working - bedroom light, bath doesn’t drain, no complimentary shower gel
