Room was fantastic. Spacious, modern and well-maintained. The breakfast room was nice and bright. There are quite a few options for breakfast also. Staff were friendly.
No hot options for breakfast. No two-pin plug for my toothbrush anywhere in the room. I can hear footsteps in the room above mine. Like very loud squeaky floor noises. That was the biggest problem during my stay.

Friendly Staff, great location, simple good quality breakfast products.
A simple instruction card on how to operate the coffee machine in the room would be great!

Nothing to dislike

Lovely breakfast
The room was not a comfortable temperature as A/C unit at its lowest was 19 therefore the windows needed opening as we were situated on street it was terribly noisy most night ☹️we booked a city view but actually our view consisted Starbucks and Oxfam

Room was very nice and spacious, bathroom was modern. Plenty of outlets to plug in all our chargers, CPAP, etc. Breakfast was exactly as promised, no hot items but plenty of "Continental Breakfast' items and fruit.
Staff was very friendly and helped me avoid getting a parking ticket.!!!
Can't be changed, but parking is a challenge (like all over Cambridge). We arrived from York at about 1 PM, and you CANNOT park in front of the hotel, even to unload, as it is a narrow main street with no loading zone. I remembered their instructions regarding parking in alley in back, so drove around the back and found a set of small doors with doorbell (no hotel name marked on them). Parked car, with emergency blinker on, and we unloaded and went up to our room. In less than 10 minutes receptionist was knocking on the door to say we were getting a parking ticket. But I ran down and talked him out of writing it--CEO was very nice man. Wouldn't be that lucky in the US. We returned to park there at exactly 6:30Pm, and left right at 8:30AM, so no problems there, it is free during those hours. The back alley is only one entrance, with bicyclists flying by, but I was able to make a *U turn at the end and drive out--twice. Parking is very expensive on street or elsewhere (local parking garage).

my room was a bit messy when I came in and dust under the bed also hair in shower

The location is good and near the city centre, staff are nice.
The breakfast seems to be lacking protein ingredients, it could be improved if having cheese, ham or egg.

The staff are really nice, check-in was easy and we were able to check-in a few hours early.
The location is very central for Cambridge town and not too far of a walk from the station.
The room is well equipped and clean. Having a big firdge and cooking facilites is great, there is also a smart TV with YouTube and such so you don't have to content with dire British TV if you are spening any time in the room looking for entertainment.
Lots of complimatary niceities such as free cookies, coffee and tea as well as hand/body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The bathroom is small but functional and the showe was good.
The bed is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. It is onyl just a double and was not big enough for both myself and my wife to sleep comfortably and the pillows are very thin and not comforable. If you have even minor back or neck issues (i have severe back issues) then this bed/pillow combo will not be good for you.
The air condiditoning in the room was broken and the room itself with two people gets very warm and stuffy very fast, especially if you use the shower. To compund this issue, the window opens up on to the main street with all the pubs, if you do want fresh air at night be prepared to listen to every drunken conversation, argument and joke from people spilling out of The Regal (wetherspoons) between midnight and 2am.
This would be fine for a single traveler but for a couple, especially if you move in your sleep this will not be a good night for you.

The location of this property is perfect - really central, close to all local amenities. I did not want for anything whilst there, all the shops/restaurants I needed were within a 5 min walk. I couldn't have asked for a better location.
On the last morning of my stay there was no hot water. I rang down to the number that was supposed to be used in cases of 'emergency' and no one answered despite me trying several times. I had a meeting at 9am and could not wait. On my way out I spoke to the gentleman about it - he said I should have come down and told the security man, not called the emergency number. He also said 'this isn't a 5 star hotel'. I was upset by this response.
However that evening I received an email stating I would receive a full refund for the final night of my stay. I very much appreciated this and felt it was due. Apart from the hot water issue, I enjoyed my stay.

In general, the staff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately the recepetionist who received us in the check-in on the evening of 24 November and stayed for the next day was unhelpful and snobbish, and dealt with us in a very unprofessional and careless way. I definitely won't go to an hotel who has such receptionist.

Cleanliness and decor of room was good. Also the catering items were well thought out. Bed very comfy.
The pillows are awful! They are hard and really uncomfortable. The shower screen is not long enough: an extra six inches could probably help prevent so much water getting onto Bathroom floor.

Spotless. very comfortable bed. loved the complimentary ‘grab and go’ breakfast which you can eat overlooking the park. receptionist team very nice and welcoming
The shouting and chatting VERY loudly to each other from 8.30am for a long time outside our door. It woke me up and prevented me from going back to sleep - a shame when check out wasn’t until 11. Obviously they have to clean but I felt it was inconsiderate

Great location… very clean.
Hard to control the HVAC unit … room was either too hot or too cold … requires frequent adjustments during the night. Continental breakfast was very basic and sparse.

it was very inviting calm and relaxing. rooms are a good size and was unable to hear others that were staying there.
we picked a park view with the hope we would be looking onto the park but instead all we could see was tree’s. I don’t think any of the rooms with a park view don’t get blocked from the tree’s. we did speak to the staff about this matter but the room smelt of stale smoke but they assured us this would be sorted.
