Very comfortable and welcoming with an amazing view of you get a suite at the front.

Fantastic room, complete with all the amenities you could ever need. Great friendly staff and an amazing sea view.

I would prefer a card to access the doors rather than having 2 codes for the front door and a third for the room.

Superb

Staff were all lovely, suite was clean and spacious with a great view, breakfast items provided in the room allowed nice lazy mornings, and mini bar prices were low.

Lift was old, rickety and very slow. Could do with a mirror in the living room area of the suite and a chair in the bedroom. The lack of space on the far side of the bed made it very difficult to get in that side. Also lighting in bedroom, ceiling light, was a little dull.

Excellent Apartment-Hotel Right on the Prom

Beautiful apartment very conveniently located for local amenities and attractions and right on the prom. Nice decor and big rooms.

Fabulous week on Isle of Man

The apartment ( both of them) and the friendly and helpful staff.We were very late arriving( 10.30pm) due to weather and a member of staff had stayed on to make sure we checked in ok even though we had originally opted for a remote checkin.We were very happy with our apartment even though it was dark we had a great sea view.The next morning we were extremely lucky and was offered a complimentary upgraded suite which was fabulous.(The Constable suite) had a magnificent sweeping view of the whole promenade.It is the best view we have ever had from an apartment we have stayed in.

Brilliant location and great facilities

The hotel far exceeded our expectations, the photos do not do it justice. The check-in was super easy and quick and using key codes for the doors is far better than using key cards!

I couldn't find anywhere in my emails or information given to me on arrival when the check-out time was - maybe I missed it...or maybe there wasn't one?!

Excellent location, cleanliness and rooms are large apartment style, much nicer than standard hotels

Always prefer to stay in an apartment style rather than small hotel room. This is my 3rd or 4th visit and it's always been excellent. Great rooms, always perfectly clean and little welcome sweet treats and milk/breakfast cereals. Very good

No staff on site but codes provided to enter doors, but sent through in advance so entry was no issue

Very good

The Town house was a really lovely place kept impeccably clean.

We just got the feeling its not really used for people there for leisure purposes. Its definatley set up for those staying and working on the island . Being so close to town the noise levels are high.

This apartment was perfect for my stay. I was clearing out the family house and it was wonderful to

Breakfast was fine, location very good. I loved the comfort and decor of the apartment and the view overlooking the sea was fantastic.

The only problem I had was the coffee maker. I would suggest leaving some instructions as I found it impossible to use as it overflowed.

i was on unit 2 (1 bedroom seaview apartment) which was well equipped with good security and in an excellent location

We will return

We had been ungraded - lovely surprise - and had a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom, sitting / dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We had booked, essentially, a "bed sit". It really enhanced our stay as I have been ill and sleep a lot. It enabled my husband to have somewhere else to sit and read. Location was perfect, overlooking the sea and very central. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a really relaxing and comfortable place to stay

Really interesting and surreal place - England in the 70s without the down sides. Plenty to see!

Independence! No cleaning to do or cooking, although all the facilities were available. Central location and parking was good once we had figured it out. Ask reception for a parking disc.

We enjoyed visiting the island and catching up with family

Very good to be able to greet the sea each morning.

The shower in suite 6 was very poor. Knowing that the water pressure is very low in the top suite I do not understand why in an otherwise excellent bathroom a power shower has not been installed.It would have made all the difference.

Great location, check-in etc. is a breeze. Delicious breakfast delivered to my room in the mornings. Special requests are accommodated, the staff can't do enough for you. Perfect for a work trip.
