Good atmosphere hotel

Room, quietness, swimming pool, gym, overall cleanliness, reception personnel, breakfast

Restaurant service in the evening was extremely slow. It took over two hours to complete a dinner. Pillow was way too soft and puffy. I prefer flat and hard option (which didn't exist)

Excellent hotel if you want to relax, comfortable surroundings and kind staff

Easier to answer what I didn’t like, which is barely anything. Had an issue with the TV in the room but it worked after calling the reception. One of the days the warm food was not so warm, however this only happened once and I’ve been at this hotel multiple times.

Excellent quality stay for family

Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Junior suite was spacious and good facilities. I liked the complimentary coffee, bottles of water and sweets. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great range of items and made to order waffles and omelette. Great location to the city, easy access to the tram. I liked the proximity to the local K market store for getting snacks and water. The suite offered use of the lounge, this was excellent with happy hour offering some wine, beers and nibbles. The pool was great with clean and spacious facilities. Room was quiet and had air conditioning and openable window. Bath tub was big with good overhead shower. We liked the body wash and moisturiser. Overall excellent.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Helsinki, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. I was particularly impressed with the early check-in accommodation, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, making me feel valued from the start. My room was immaculate, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the city, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The hotel's amenities are top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa that allowed me to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Location-wise, the Crowne Plaza is ideal—close to major attractions and public transportation, yet peaceful and quiet for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, my experience at the Crowne Plaza Helsinki was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

A wonderful stay in the wondreful city of Helsinki.

Excellent choice of local fresh food for breakfast, including some typically Finnish products. The rooms are very well maintained and kept clean. The location is quite central, near the Opera House and the Finlandia Hall, a short distance walk from the new cultural center of Helsinki (Music Hall, Library, Kiasma Museum...)

The choice of TV channels was reduced predominantly to the Finnish-speaking service. A couple of more English - French - Italian TV channels would be welcome!

Perfect city centre hotel with excellent facilities.

Excellent location by Töölö lake, easy walk through the park into the city centre (15-20 mins) and the train station (direct link to the airport 20 mins). Spotlessly clean hotel with great pool, sauna and well equipped gym. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Breakfast high quality. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only improvement - better selection of TV channels.

Beautiful hotel and room with a fantastic breakfast

Beautiful room, fantastic view from the window. Super comfortable. Fabulous breakfast with so much choice-recommendedfor vegetarians. Overall my stay felt like a treat. I'll stay here again.

Cleaning lady roaring on phone outside of room since b4 7 in the morning! Woke me and couldn't sleep with the noise.

Superb

Excellent hotel in the Helsinki centre. Kind and polite stuff. Junior suite room for 4 people's family was comfortable and larger than others hotel's in Finlandia. Breakfast offers different kinds of dishes, especially salmon. Very taste coffee in the breakfast time.

An experience to forget. But the guy on the front desk was a pleasure and did is best.

Lovely hotel on first impressions and breakfast was very good. the location is ok about 20 min walk to the centre. There is a a lovely lake across the road which is ideal for a walk.

The fridge in the room was not working and was told it would be replaced, this never happened after repeated conversations i gave up asking. The hotel pool was out of order for our stay, again unacceptable. The safe in our room not working this took 2 days to fix.

I recommend this hotel.

We liked the location and the staffs were very kind and helpful. The rooms and the hotel itself are very clean and tidy. 👍🙌

The pool were not available to use the whole time we were there, instead we used the pool of the neighbor hotel.

Good location. Excellent staff. Good restaurant. Excellent housekeeping. Good workplace in the lobby.

Bathroom could be better. Tub shower water leaks onto the floor. Backwash not usable.

Unforgettable Crown Plaza !!!

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the food were really good. Lots of options. The staff were wonderful, kindly and polite. The bed was very comfy.
