Very nice hotel, good location

Великолепный завтрак, отличное расположение, пешком до Опера хаус, до Westfield, все музеи в пешей доступности, дружелюбный персонал, хорошая уборка, пополняли кофе и чай, был чайник, холодильник, фен, утюг. В номере и ванна и душ. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство. Город очень красивый.

Немного темноватые номера, так как это историческое здание, оно невысокое, и особо вида из окон нет, и окна высоко от пола расположены, но это особенности здания.

Awesome location, close to circular quay. Exceptional service at front counter and good in room amenities.

Be careful when booking a twin room. I booked a twin but received a double and a rollaway. I think this was a booking.com issue and the hotel was very apologetic. It was vivid Sydney weekend so no option to swap.

The staff were amazing, especially Troy at the front. The smell when you walk into the Hotel was divine....the room was amazing, so comfy and relaxing. We will def be booking there again. Thank you xx

The connecting door between other room was unlocked . A child tried to open it from the other side . Could have been worse . Buffet was overpriced and not worth it

Comfortable night in the centre of the city.

Very quiet, comfortable room. Soothing decor and lighting. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Very handy for Angel Place recital hall. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed eating in the bar. Good place to stay in central Sydney. We particularly liked the 12 o’clock check out time.

Super comfy bed, fantastic shower, peaceful and no noise but that may be because they upgraded me to a deluxe room on the quieter side of hotel not near construction houses.

Great location, friendly staff and nice sized comfy room. All we needed for our Sydney stay.

Very Central easy to get to from airport. Close to main attractions.

choose to not have room cleaned to reduce carbon footprint but this also meant no refill of coffee/tea and milk. we had to ring to have it delivered. It was quick but it should be a consideration that we might need these items each day.

Extremely clean, well located. Spacious bathroom and room. Nice pool, spa and gym.

There were no spare blankets and the heating wasn’t working very well so I was freezing all night!

Very comfortable base in Sydney, well positioned close to city centre and circular quay

Upgraded to a king room with balcony. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Buffet breakfast excellent , lots of choice. Concierge very helpful with ideas on where to go, especially Troy.

Very comfortable large room . Also very quiet for its central location. Small but adequate swimming pool.

Nothing really. The hotel is rather dull in its colour and seems to lack atmosphere. Needed help to get our cases up several stairs at the hotel entrance but we had to drag them up ourselves.
