Great Value Hotel

Great value for its location. Our bed was very comfy after a 14-hour flight. Good shower pressure and temperature, too. Ask for a ground floor room if you have a lot of luggage.

No lift. We stayed twice the second time we got a large ground floor room it was much better for us with all our luggage.

Very suitable hotel for catching planes.

Walking distance (15/20 mins) to the airport, a cheaper option than staying right next to the airport. Close to a large supermarket plus restaurants. Quiet. Comfortable.

Worst place in a great location.

Very little

Room not clean enough, heater broken, when complained took almost 2 hs to cjange to abother room. Staff not helpful.

It was so convenient for me, I don't like to travel in Sydney and had to take my daughter to the airport. By staying with you I didnt have to deal with the chaos of the airport and trying to find a park and having to spend lots on a parking spot. Your $20 parking fee was exceptional, such a great idea and one I will remember. The staff were very friendly, helpful and when calling you actually spoke to someone and not a machine.

When leaving the cool truck was parked in the driveway which meant we couldn't get out. He was there for quite some time. Perhaps he could have parked closer to the office which meant the access was free for others.

Great hotel, great location

Great hotel in perfect location for airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and was blessed with a late checkout, so I didn't have to sit at the airport for hours. Highly recommend 👌

Good to stay before flight next day

Good Breakfast. Clean room with good bed. Hot but has dark window curtains and fan. Smaller room than I expected but needed only for one night sleep before flight next day. Bathroom clean but quite old already and small. Good connection with shuttle bus from both terminals. I was also able to buy some snacks and water from reception. Reasonable price for stay before the flight. =)

Location was great

Walls were thin, could hear next door snoring all night, bedroom was above the automatic door which was really loud. My father in law came to pick us up in the morning and he parked quickly to put our suitcases in the boot when the shuttle bus driver pulled up behind us and held down his horn (he had plenty of room and we were only going to be a minute) he came storming over and started abusing my father in law thinking he was an Uber. He was pointing his finger in the car and raising his voice. This was at 4:30am and disgusting behaviour. If I could get my money and my time back, I would

Will always stay with CKS Sydney Airport Hotel. Welcoming and comfortable.

Staff are extremely welcoming. Room was beautifully comfy. My hotel, go to, when I need to be close to the Airport.

Would have loved to have a nice soak in the bath. No bath plug :(

Proximity to airport and shuttle service

Elevator felt like it was going to break down every time I used it. Loud air con, dirty mirrors. 2 king singles joined together making a huge lump in middle of bed. No usb ports Need major facelift hallways were putrid. Would pay more to stay elsewhere in the future

Comfortable and very convenient for airport travel

Geat staff! Internet in our room not working. Once problem reported the receptionist Nordu (apologies for spelling ) came in person . She has unable to fix the problem but arranged a new room for us. So impressed by her helpfulness!
