Good accommodation

Late check out up to 6 pm free of charge Staff very kind Good position closer to central station and easy to travel bg foot to and from the hotel

Breakfast is average more or less [for a 4 star hotel]

it was very good, however I forgot my jacket in the room I occupied.

I forgot my jacket in my room when leaving to Zambia. I contacted the staff through messages and the staff promised to let me know of the amount i should pay to have it shipped to Zambia. i have sent the staff messages to remind them of my jacket and request of the amount to pay to have it shipped but to no avail

Comfortable and reliable hotel to stay.

I booked 2 rooms here. When I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the room. A wall was used to separate the rest area and the work&bar area. This is a very thoughtful and warm design. But the bed is very high that I need to jump up due to my height. The bathroom is large in size, well designed, and well heated. The toiletries are very comfortable to use.

The entrance to the parking lot is quite far from the hotel main entrance . Although you can take the elevator directly upstairs after parking your car, but it is not easy to park your car from the hotel entrance into the parking lot.

Viihtysyyttä metron lähellä.

Keskeinen sijainti varsinkin jos liikkuu metrolla. Siistit hotellihuoneet ja erittäin hyvä suhku.

Lasten lisäsängyssä olisi parantamisen varaa. Sänky menettelee ehkä aivan pienille lapsille, mutta vähänkään isomman lapsen selkä valuu keskitaitoksesta. Lisäksi lastensängyn petivaatteet olivat huonolaatuisempia entä normaalisängyissä. Peitto oli ohuempi ja tyyny todella kova ja paksu eli ei lapselle yhtään sopiva.

Good central hotel

Conveniently located, walking distance from central station and just opposite a subway station (one stop from central station). Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We really liked the breakfast buffet - a good selection of cold and warm food in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly. All in all, great value for money.

Nothing to dislike. Would stay there again.

The receptionist gave me an outdated map. Waisted an hour of my time trying to find the restaurant advertised on the map, only to find out it was closed for good.

Nice hotel but overpriced for what you get

the hotel is in a good location. breakfast is very good. bed in the room is very comfortable. the room in general is very nice. great shower.

the room was not very clean, there was a lot of dirt everywhere (on the floor, in the bathroom, next to the heating). since we stayed only one night, we didn’t complain. sauna was not warm, also sauna facilities were not as expected. the hotel wanted to charge us for a bottle of water saying it was for members only. when you pay 160€ per night, it is somehow weird to be asked to pay for water. it’s not wine or any other drinks which we wanted to have, just water!
