Great views, but not worth the price.

Great location and view

Balcony was huge, but only two tiny chairs that were connected together by a tiny table and were chained to deck. The balcony with the view was the best part of the property and should have had more adequate furniture out there to enjoy the space and the view. Additionally, the furniture in the living room was subpar and did not match the pictures. The couch was too small and not comfortable. The space, while large, was not comfortable to lounge in and relax after a day of exploring. For the price, all of the furnishings should be updated and upgraded. This place was not worth the money and I would not go back.

Very good

Very comfortable and well located apartment. Clean and well furnished. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Music from the bars below was loud until late at night, and wifi connection wasn’t very strong.

Very good

It was very neat and clean. Equipped with all the basic amenities.

It was very hot as no Air conditioning and the fan was not working properly.

Very disappointed with our stay because of all of the above

Have stayed with you before and thoroughly enjoyed the experience this time the experience was very poor

There was no hot water for three days After umpteen attempts to fix the problem we where given the option to change rooms which we accepted. Also when we arrived we found a works man’s knife in the bedroom which we put in the safe for safeguarding We feel some sort of compensation is in order as this is not the standard we expect from Mansley Apartments

Absolutely gorgeous. Central, well-equipped. Try get a room with a view.

A beautiful apartment right in the heart of Inverness. Everything we could have needed was supplied (even fresh milk!). Two beautiful bedrooms and a well laid out sitting-room/kitchen, ideal for 3 adults. Great communication with the host and no issues at all with access.

It was a little noisy at night, possibly due to a nearby bar. However the noise did not continue late into the night (stopped around midnight). Our rooms looked onto a rooftop as unfortunately there were none available with a view for our dates.

Our trip to Inverness was pleasant enough but we had to spend too much time on our laundry due to the inefficient drying

Proximity to shopping, restaurants & historical buildings. - layout of the apartment - smelled fresh -the balcony - the decor - kitchen

- no washcloths - lack of air conditioning - the location is good & bad - good for its above mentioned items, but bad because it's sits right on top of a bar that plays music all night long. It's a very loud street all night long! - I missed having a concierge; someone to answer my questions and direct us to the things & places we needed to help us with some medical issues. - it took too long to do our laundry.

excellent stay, would highly recommend.

The view from apartment was excellent, brilliant location. Easy walking to Ness Islands, river etc and to the High Street. Spacious apartment with every convenience you would need. Friendly and helpful cleaning staff and once I had to ring for something I need and it was delivered promptly with a smile.

In the evenings you could hear the noise form the pub below -

Affordable, central-located convenience and fully-fitted apartment.

The property itself had everything it stated in the description and kept us warm, comfortable and with everything we needed. The cleaning staff were also very polite and professional and made the effort to organise, tidy and display everything nicely in the kitchen and bathroom. We were able to do some laundry while we were staying there, too. The apartment itself was very well insulated, had a full-fitted kitchen and lovely en-suite. The location was very close to really good restaurants, the river and generally the centre of the city and it was easy to visit the Highlands using Inverness as a base. Basically, couldn't ask for more.

We love Highland Apartments by Mansley and will continue to use them. However please don’t let them lose their looks.

Great apartments in a great location. The one we stayed in December could do with a little tlc to be honest. Fresh grouting in the bathroom

Amazing property

Fantastic apartment our 1st time!

Unfortunately we had some issues trying to access the building when we first arrived, we didn’t have a key but I was emailed a code. We were just about to contact yous to get in as yous have helped us very well with other enquires when we have phoned but someone who was staying there at the same time of us let us in with him by his key - he then explained to us he also had issues trying to access the building and had to phone yous. We didn’t have any further problems accessing the building after as our key worked great as did our code to get into our apartment. Overall a wonderful stay for our first time visiting - thank you!

Having to put a code in to access the building before you actually get your key. I think you should maybe be emailed a one time QR code to access after you have made payment or closer to when your due to stay then after you’ve entered and got your key you use that until you leave.

The location and view

That the second room had no ventilation at all. Became very stuffy and very hot inspite of the standing fan. It was very small also. The master bathroom had no overhead shower. Only a hand shower

Fabulous location, loads of room and spotlessly clean with all amenities.

Excellent location in the heart of Inverness with secure underground parking. Spotless spacious apartment.

A small bottle of milk in the fridge would have been very much appreciated as we had one left for us on our February trip. Those are very expensive apartments and while I know costs have to be trimmed due to the cost of living……this is a cheap inexpensive addition.

Very disappointing after originally arriving to nice apartment and location.

The location of the apartments were great and super central. Apartment was clean and also a nice size.

It was very confusing trying to figure out and pay for our parking when we were arriving - that was not made clear ahead of time. Also, the temperature in the building was not right — as soon as we arrived the fire alarm went off in the building for a while before they were able to fix it. It was very uncomfortable sleeping the first night due to the heat and we had a beautiful terrace but the doors were difficult to lock and it felt unsafe. On the second day of our stay after touring the area when we got back to the apartment it was incredibly stifling hot — We literally could not breathe and had to make the decision to leave for our next destination early — Someone from the building came in and said they could give us fans and/or move our room but it was so horribly uncomfortable I did not think that would help — It seemed to be a much bigger problem with the building in general. I wound up becoming ill on my way with my daughter to our next location, I think the heat was just too much. I was told that we would receive a refund for our second night stay but after numerous emails with the folks at the property I still have not received that refund. It was very disappointing since the location of the apartments were so nice and central but very uncomfortable — we didn’t sleep well on the first night either because of the heat and it was not comfortable leaving the terrace doors open. I would not stay there again.
