Dezamăgitor

Bună ziua! Nu am nimic de reproșat recepției și mai ales bagajistului care a fost foarte disponibil, însă restul personalului lasă tare de dorit. Singurul plus al hotelului este zona SPA, cu o recepționera elegantă și serviabilă. Ok, adaug și răsăritul frumos care se vede din camerele care sunt cu fața la mare, dar asta e un dat.

Vă scriu direct câteva probleme destul de serioase pentru pretențiile emise de un hotel atât de bine cotat: 1. Patul nu este de 4 stele, scârțâie la fiecare mișcare și te trezește în timpul nopții din cauza asta. 2. Sistemul electric pe bază de card scoate un sunet incredibil de enervant și a trebuit sa scot cardul ca sa mă pot odihni. 3. Din cauza punctului 2 nu am putut să-mi încarc telefonul pentru ca ați lăsat doar priza cu frigiderul sa funcționeze când nu este introdus cardul, ceea ce consider tot greșit, întrucât nu se întâmpla asta la alte hoteluri respectabile, fiind uneori necesar sa lași device-uri la încărcat și când nu ești în cameră. 4. La bar nu prea găseai pe nimeni, am mers în restaurant sa o caut pe barmaniță și apoi am mai sfătuit i persoana sa facă la fel. Dacă era acolo sigur mai luăm încă un cocktail. Șeful de sală al restaurantului nu prea avea chef de nimeni și nimic, iar chelnerul care mi-a adus în cameră produsele comandate a rupt dopul sticlei de vin și după ce a-a chinuit 5 minute până la urmă a împins restul de dip înăuntru. Nu a oferit nicio variantă și a luat cu puțină jenă bacșișul oferit. DAR AICI VINE PARTEA CHIAR PENIBILĂ PENTRU SERVICIUL DE ROOM SERVICE: găletușă de gheață în care a venit vinul ROȘU era spartă și ca atare a curs toată până dimineața. Așa ca nu voi mai reveni probabil niciodată la IAKI din aceste motive, nefiind tocmai ieftină cazarea.

Este bine, dar e loc de mai bine

Personalul foarte respectuos și amabil.

Am rezervat pentru a ne odihni dar în hotel a fost o petrecere care a ținut peste ora 12 noaptea. Antifonarea nu permite bașii la maxim. Personalul de serviciu și-a cerut scuze de fiecare data, dar nu asta așteptam, ci liniște după ora 12. Mai e de lucrat, dar cred ca se poate. Respectul de sine implica și respectul pentru reguli :) Succes!

Cameră “suită” extraordinară ca vedere la mare și terasa!Serviciile de curățenie și întreținere ireproșabile.Dotarea hotelului cu spa mirific.Personalul uimitor și mâncarea extraordinară!Serile cu muzică și piscinele grandioase!Va mulțumim !!!

Nice hotel with superb pools, on the good location with amazing breakfast,

The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of traditional romanian dishes ( a must to try) , and lots of other selections, the staff was amazing, the restaurant clean and nice. Spa no time in 4 days to visit , Rooms - sea view is a must , size was good, well equipped.

Since the season was not in full swing , the rooms were a bit dusty. But once I mentioned to the reception, in the next second the staff took action and corrected. WOW, Great attitude! Bar was nice and modern with a good selection of drinks.

Curățenia, mic dejun diversificat

Lipsă aparat preparare cafea (doar fierbător), izolare fonica slabă, mai ales la ușa către hol, iluminat insuficient în baie. Deși se plătește suplimentar pentru acces Spa, acesta nu este cu nimic deosebit față de alte hoteluri, facilități normale și piscina interioara normală. În plus, celebrul lung drum către plajă 😉

- micul dejun a fost foarte bun - ospătarii foarte profesioniști și servirea impecabilă - vederea către mare - promenada - centrul SPA

- lipsa unui smartTV unde să te poți conecta la Netflix, YouTube, etc. - hotelul a fost frumos, dar distanta de la hotel până la mare este foarte mare. Merita în extrasezon pentru centrul SPA, dar în sezon sunt hoteluri mult mai aproape de mare, unde plaja nu este atât de extinsă.

Will return

The rooms are spacious and tidy. The bathrooms are up to date and nice. Good amenities and decent spread for breakfast and lunch. The staff is incredible! Cannot say enough good things about them. Everyone I encountered was gracious and went out of their way to help.

The carpet could use an update as well as the pool bathroom. The pools could use a heater, it was really cold (but still didn't stop my kids from staying in the water all day).

A pleasant stay if you can close your eyes at some unpleasant aspects

The food was exceptionally good, and the staff at the reception were eager to help sort out issues that we faced with the initial room we checked into. The sun loungers and beanbags at the beach are great, and there is a really nice and clean promenade facing the hotel.

The first room we stayed at had a defective A/C, and there was an annoying constant noise that interfered with our sleep. Despite receiving a different room after complaining, we feel that the fact they were aware of the issue yet still gave us that room was unpleasant, to say the least. The internet quality is not great; I had issues with Zoom calls as a remote worker and had to rely on 4G mobile data instead. One of the waiters was really snobbish and rude to people sitting next to our table. Lastly, the beach used to have very fine sand quality, but they enlarged it and covered it with sharp crushed shells, which felt unpleasant to walk on barefoot (we heard others complain about this too).

Everything was amazing except the weather - but we have the chance to test also the SPA pool which was great. Room was large and we got an upgrade with a sea view ! Excellent breakfast and lunch, tasty food, very nice beach and pool with professional staff. We'll keep coming to IAKI hotel every year!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel

I really enjoyed staying at the Iaki hotel. - the food was a very important reason for choosing this hotel: breakfast and lunch were very good, tasty, diverse, with a lot of options (both contained also fruits and desserts), the lunch had 2 different soups a day - the facilities: access to private beach and to swimming pool, free parking, massages (spa facilities) - pleasant and useful activity - the staff was very polite - we had lateral sea view (room 328) which was really nice, we could see the sunrise from our room - the hotel looks very nice (exterior design) - location: near by the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops

Small details that could make the difference probably because the hotel is not new: - stains on the carpet - the bathtub and the glass screen were a bit old

Perfect holiday

An oasis of good taste, elegance and confort. Clean everywhere, silence, friendly staff, AC all over the place, good WI FI, confy bed and room, spotless bathroom, amazing food, attention for details. Cleaning ladies make no noise while cleaning, i haven’t heard once the vacuum cleaner, always with a smile on their faces and eager to help you. The food is plenty, fresh and super tasty. Everything for everybody. Great coffee. Lots of teenagers who work in the restaurant and at the beach. Spa is wow, we had a few rituals, Oriental for ladies and standard massage for my husband. Heavenly. Highly reccomend. We had a lovely 8 days stay. Thank you people from Iaki.

iaki for peace of mind in Mamaia

The best hotel in Mamaia. An oasis or quiet and good service. The staff is very nice and organized. Nice breakfast. The even left a nice surprise in the room for my stepdaughter’s birthday.

Good place to stay, but a bit overpriced for the value.

The place has a lot of potential, however there are some things that need maintenance. Nice large rooms, high ceilings, instant hot water. Also blackout curtains were great. Best part of the hotel was the staff that was very accommodating and welcoming, from reception to housekeeping and spa (reception, massages) Great breakfast with variety and great coffee

The property is old, the room furniture was a bit old fashioned, and the bathroom appliances were the same age as me. the toilet was moving and the vent under the bathtub was broken. The spa: pool was fine but a lot of kids. The two dry saunas had mold and dirty water inside. The wet sauna had the pipe for the steam right next to the door so the sauna was a bit cold. One old jacuzzy that worked only half.
