Terasa, pat comfortabil, micul dejun, vederea la lac.

Temperatura apei din piscina interioara nu este confortabilă, lipsa unui uscător de prosoape (sfoara din baie este o glumă și nu am mai văzut asa ceva la un hotel de 4 stele!), vasul de toaleta montat defectuos (sus) așa încât poziția este incomodă și lipsa plasei de insecte.

Very good

Everything was perfect Food good , pool perfect for relaxation. They have a bar and from 17 to 18 - happy hours .

The only think was the bathroom ventilation , super super noisy. NO smart tv in room.

Clean hotel with nice sauna and friendly staff

Very clean hotel with nice swimming pool and sauna - towels and bathrobes included. The staff is friendly and helpful, also attending you at the breakfast-buffet.

The room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius, very warm and somehow cannot be adjusted, the only way to cool off is by opening the windows which means you hear all the loud noises from the main boulevard. During the night it's uncomfortable.

SPA facilities and front desk personnel.

Restaurant staff and the SPA center were a bit "aggressive". It's almost as if he can't wait to get rid of you. The waiters were talking loudly to each other while serving the meals.

Excellent location, great food, lots of amenities and good price

The location was right in the heart of Mamaia, on Lake’s Siutghiol side. The views for the room were beautiful. Definitely value for money and the restaurant was extraordinary.

The attitude of the housekeeper at the pool area. Although we arrived on time, with 20 minutes still left before the SPA closed, she didn’t let us in mentioning that she needs time to clean the area and we were too late.

The hotel facilities are very good, but they were eclipsed by the breakfast. A poor breakfast rich in oil. Very few healthy/tasty alternatives.

A holiday at Splendid hotel

Everybody was really nice and very helpful. The room we have been offered was lovely, very comfortable, and in a quiet area of the hotel. The continental breakfast was generous and of very good quality. We enjoyed being able to choose between fried eggs and different types of omelets, which is something you don't often see in other hotels. I liked the variety of fruits and vegetables offered, as well as the variety of cheeses and cold and cooked meats. Coffee and tea, hot and cold milk, as well as fruit juices, were also offered.

Excellent bar the restaurant staff.

Everything about the property itself was good, rooms were nice & location was close to sunwaves. Spa was also really good

The restaurant staff especially the 2 women with glasses were really rude and made our group feel uncomfortable with going for food in there. Everyday she was very rude and unpleasant to us for no reason whatsoever. We paid for breakfast and didn’t eat it once due to her treatment of us over the 4 days.

Location is very far away from the town and public transportation is limited and expensive.
