Faire plusse de ménage !

Le petit déjeuner correct

Le ménage, du Sang sur les paroi de la salle de bain, 9 jours sans être nettoyer, Et le ménage vite fait ,juste changer des draps et WC nettoyer oui comme non ,Lavabo miroir nettoyer 2 fois seulement, alors que c'est salle ,et énormément de poussière non nettoyer !!!

La salle de bain, la pression de l’eau, une fois c’était chaud une fois c’était froid

A good value hotel for a short stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

Great location for walking into town and for restaurants and cafes.

Bathroom and decor very tired. Bulbs not replaced in fitments and the bed mattress had definitely seen better days.

Average hotel room and breakfast! Ok for 1 night stay!

Good location, practically in the centre of the village, good bed, no problems at check-in or with the staff. Normal breakfast. Good for one night.

The hotel needs some renovation work, especially in the bathroom and other parts of the room, such as the finishes, lights and tv.

Easy parking Nice staff and helpful, spoke English Good breakfast included

Some renovations are underway June2023 so there can be workers during the day. We would prefer tea and coffee making in our room but staff helped with hot water a few times.

Modern hotel, conveniently located, great breakfast

Great location for Arouca GeoPark activities. Short drive to everything and short walk to center of Arouca for restaurants, cafés and groceries. Excellent buffet breakfast that also included scrambled eggs and bacon along with the customary cheese, meats, juice, cereal, etc. Basic clean, air conditioned hotel room.

Parking next to the hotel could be a challenge. May need to park somewhere along the adjacent street.

Location superb , great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room, what more could you ask for.

The restaurant was closed on the first night, otherwise no complaints.

Nearly good, but not quite.

It's in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Modern comfortable rooms.

The shower wouldn't produce a constant water temperature. The combined heat/pressure lever was at waist level so you had to carefully avoid it or risk switching the water off or send it to max heat etc.. There were 9 light switches in the room. Why? The orange juice at breakfast tasted like squash. The hot bacon and scrambled eggs came out of the kitchen cold and were placed on a cold hot plate/dish that was never turned on...absolute rubbish. The staff seemed to be a little grumpy.

Great and repeatable and good value

Excellent breakfast. Perfect/central location to explore the region, especially Passadiços do Paiva. Very good hotel actually, but rooms could be a bit bigger. My room had a balcony with city/mountain view which was awesome. Very friendly staff. Lots of parking.

Hotel restaurant doesn't supply dinner but not serious as there are restaurants close by.

Location, price, cleanliness

The reception staff need to be trained to be a little bit more friendly. but this is something we feel generally when we visit tourist places. The staff is there to check your ID, give you the card and receive the payment. That's it. They don't ask if it was our first time in the city. They don't ask if we need anything else. If we'd like to book a tour or directions... nothing. It's very straight to the point, no feeling.

Perfect for a weekend in Serra da Freita

The great view from the window of the room for Serra da Freita. The possibility to take the breakfast inside the room, wiith a scenic view. Staff was very helpful, easy to park and good wi-fi. The pastry shop side by side with the hotel.

Maybe the rooms needs to be renewed. The restaurant was closed for meals in both days we had there, but it is easy to take another one by walking distance.
