Bed was comfy, good location.
The A/C did not really work, it just blew in air from outside. The room was still warm from a string of hot days. It was a balm and pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the window could not be opended, only cracked. So there was a stuffy night with no reason.
7.0
Clean and good bed.
Walking distance to the city centre.
The building is close to the railway station, for travellers good but noisy in the night. Also because located at a mean road.

Excellent location and plenty of parking space. The room was spacious for the price and in comparison to other Ibis I've seen across Germany.
The water was cold.

The hotel is close (app. 500m) to the train station, which was why I had chosen it. The reception is open 24 hours. There was even a small bar open at late hours. The room size was above average.
I really had a bad sleep. The pillows, blankets and mattress protectors made me sweat although I did not feel too warm. The traffic from the road in front of the building was disturbing, with the windows closed. The bathroom is in a plastic cabin like in a camper (only larger). The staff did not ask about my experience. Ok, it is only a 2.5 stars hotel. However, I assume there are more pleasant places (and also even cheaper ones; my rate was 82 EUR excluding breakfast, booked three weeks in advance) nearby the train station.

Early check in not possible (2 hours prior regular check in time) because there was no room fully cleaned. If there was a clean room available at that time they would have charged another 15 €. This is not customer friendly at all.

Hi. Clean property, comfortable bed, nice breakfast if you pay it or if you choose to pay when you book the room with beakfast included. The proprty could offer 24h check in and this is very good when you transit Germany becauer many hotels/ motels don’t have this option.
Sociable and friendly people who are working there…they could speak english and spanish beside german.
we got to the hotel after 12:30 and unfortunatly when we want to shower we haven’t got any hot water so I tool a very very very quick shower and turned the heater on cause it was on 21 of December and was not that hot inside. Of course, in the morning i took a normal shower cause there was hot water. maybe the cleaning lady who knoked on my door at 7-8 AM and whom I have talk too told somebody from the administration about the my problem with the water in the middle of the night.
Beside that, everything was nice and ok :)
thank you.

The location was great, not too far from the centre and 10 minutes walking from the train station. The staff was very welcoming, they talked to us in English and they tried a bit in Italian to make us feel accepted. Plus, they gave us the perfect accommodation!
Nothing, we had good time.

Usually i don't say anything, if i don't have something good to say, but this time....
We booked a Room for 3, 2 adults and our baby.
What we've got:
After they presented us two dirty rooms, we've recieved
a Singleroom, with No Heating.
and after a lot of trouble: NO Refund!
our baby got sick after that one night there.
noone felt responsible, not ibis, nor booking.com. i had to call both of them several times, but nothing happend.
NEVER AGAIN! ABSOLUTE NO RECOMMENDATION!!

I arrived at the hotel at 11pm and the security guy at the reception said that there is no room for me. No reservation was there. I showed the confirmation and also the account profile, but found that the guy there was just a person who would deliver card keys which are prepared by the hotel staff when he/she left. He made a phone call to somebody but it did not help. I had no other remedies to have a rest on the couch in the lobby. It was the most terrible experience I have ever had with the hotel. In the next morning, a hotel staff came in and she explained that her colleague failed to do something although he/she received the notification from Booking.com. She prepared a room (there was a room!) and breakfast, of course for free, I used the shower, charging batteries and then left the premises soon after for taking the train. I received a lot of email from Booking.com before coming to Fulda and I never imagined that my reservation had not been handled by ibis. A hotel staff said that they have always overbooking, but it should not be any excuse. The first day of my travel to Germany started horrible. I was really tired.

Good location, uncomplicated, simple check-in, good beds, quiet room.
Breakfast was decent, but not very good. Supply rather slow, selection of cheese very basal. Not at all bad. But not better than 'good' either.
8.0
At breakfast many items were not available anymore after 9 and there was no refills.
Staff: a little smile wouldn't be bad

Short distance to town center. Ample parking space.
Too close to busy railway tracks and not enough noise insulation.
Room was not cleaned after first night (for 2 nights stay).

good parking, close to autobahn.
Our confirmed reservation had been “sold” when we arrived, despite sending a message of late arrival, and we were not particularly late anyway (8.45 pm). The rooms we eventually received after 30 mins of discussion, there were no room keys for so we could not leave once we were in them, and in at least one of the two rooms we were severely bitten by bedbugs. Additionally, we were charged €12 for a small soup worth €4 at the time of ordering, I did not notice until we had gone onto the autobahn.

Clean and comfortable. 10-minutes walk to the train station. friendly staff.

when we arrived, they had no room forbid even though we received a confirmation that we booked
