Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 4Sterner und nicht Familienfrrundlich. Als mittleres Businesshotel im Einzelzimmer vielleic

Die Lage - nahe an der Stadtmitte Das Frühstück und das Frühstückspersonal - super nett!!

Das Familienzimmwt ist im 2.UG (!!) ohne Aufzug. Die Zimmer sind klein, das Bad winzig. Die Handtücher sind alt, Bademäntel und Schlappen kosten 15€. Das Zimmer war voll mit Hundehaaren. Der Pool war eiskalt. Für die Tiefgarage werden 20€ am Tag fällig. Das Essen im Restaurant war unterirdisch.

Ein Hotel mit Atmosphäre wenige Fußminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ausreichende Parkplätze in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Anheimelnde Bar. Romantisches Restaurant im Gewölbekeller.

Wunderbar gelegen und zu Fuß können alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht werden. Das Frühstück im Saal ist ganz außerordentlich vielseitig und gut. Schwimmbad und kleine Sauna

The location of the hotel was very good, it is near the city center and the staff was very polite.

The room they gave us was located on the ground floor and the illumination was extremely poor. Other than that, they offered us a breakfast by the price of 20€ per person which is too expensive.

Amazing breakfast

The breakfast room (the castle's former orangerie) is worth booking the breakfast already as it's just stunning! But the buffet is very good, too. There are options for everyone, and even I as a low carb/keto eater was able to find plenty of choices which isn't always the case in other places. I also love the swimming pool and that I was the only one using it, and had a very relaxing swim twice during my stay.

The room was very hot and no air conditioning, and I couldn't open the window as I was on the ground floor right next to the hotel entrance which wasn't ideal on such a hot day. I would have preferred a room a bit further away which would have allowed me to open the window. But otherwise I am super happy.

Fabulous place, amazing grounds, so close to an amazing town of history, of restaurants, shopping.

Location was amazing, night restaurant and breakfast room stunning and the food was excellent in both. Rooms are quite small, bathroom quite small, bath towels quite small but eveything worked well, good hot water and flow. Overall, an excellent experience.

Larger bath towels would have been nicer.

Greatly Peaceful Stay

What a peaceful place to stay. I loved it very much. What a pity my colleagues cancel the trip at last minutes. They could not imagine what they have missed. The stay was super comfortable. The room was clean with no smell, no noise at all. Food was good. I love the morning there.

There's nothing I don't like about it. Will surely come back when I have the chance to. Recommend it to my friends

An ideal place to stay for a stopover.

Closeness to the old town and cafes and shopping and wonderful old buildings.. restaurant food at night and morning breakfast good value and good food.

Good service , excellent food, helpful staff

The provision of large hand towels only for bathroom and shower use. I have never in 50 years of staying in hotels found a bath/ shower room WITHOUT large all round body size towels. You are the first. Suggest you remedy this situation by purchasing the correct size towels for your guests use. Also , there was no coffee /tea making faculty in the room . Again a normal room provision in my experience.

The location was perfect, central, but very quiet, the lobby big and airy, dining hall an old beautiful baroque hall, easy access to adjoined concert hall in beautiful setting, very nice and helpful staff, going for extra length to help finding a hot cup of tea on a cold December afternoon

noise isolation between different rooms and between rooms and the main hall is not good enough, between 16:30 and 17:00 there was no possibility for a drink or a snack, since there was no overlap between one restaurant closing and the bar opening, no hot water kettle or coffee machine in the room, no chance for a hot drink in between, what I would expect in a hotel of this price range

I am sure that these are just coincidences, and in general, these inconveniences are not critical.

Fulda is beautiful. It was wonderful warm weather. The location of the hotel is excellent. Within walking distance of the Cathedral, the museum and the old town. The breakfast is delicious. Team Staff left a good impression.

The room was dusty, but I must say that this inconvenience was eliminated immediately. The swimming pool and sauna did not work, unfortunately the garden was undergoing landscaping work

Clean comfortable room. Good location close to the city. Secure garage parking for bikes....you go down an elevator built for cars. Brand new tief garage. Only the dog has baptized it.

Be aware there are no electric outlets by the beds.

The location is lovely and the breakfast is outstanding!

Unfortunately lots of construction/landscaping work being done in the gardens, but otherwise it was perfect.

the location is good, the restaurants and bar impressive

the stuff does not speak english and it is not very professional. the rooms are old, and the puctures are not updated. the swimming pool is small and the spa consists only in a sauna.
