Herrlich erholsam, trotz Geschäftsreise, - gerne wieder

Super Hotel, sehr stilvoll und schön! Super freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, tolle Umgebung! Wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt in St. Gallen.

Eigentlich nicht negativ, aber gut zu wissen: Der Pool gehört nicht direkt zum Hotel und ist recht weit entfernt, den Weg würde ich nicht mehr im Bademantel gehen - aber auch da: coole Anlage.

Sehr sehr nettes Personal; extrem bequeme Betten; top Frühstück und perfekte Lage

Leider war der Spa-Bereich geschlossen - zwar angeblich auf den Web-Pages angekündigt, aber für mich und viele andere eine unangenehme Überraschung bei der Ankunft

Szép épület, jó lokáció. Isteni a konyha a bistroban, jó a reggeli.

Nagyon pici a fürdőszoba. Kényelmetlen az ágy. A nagy közös ágyon is két különálló matrac van.

You will love it here.

- excellent location, close to historical part of city and shops - bistro open to late hours (convenient if it’s Sunday and local restaurants are closed) - really helpful staff, who are local themselves and gave us great recommendations - good choice for breakfast, authentic local food was also there - comfortable bed with a choice of different cushions - nice silence in rooms

- quite a walk to the spa facilities

Very disappointing.

In my opinion, the property is not as represented. I signed up for this property because I thought it had a spa, gym and pool. The hotel has access to a pool, and to a gym, which is, from what I can tell, open to other members of the public. I walked the entire area of the “spa“ and I did not feel any spa vibe. I also signed up because the restaurant was so highly acclaimed. Of course, it was not open. It is closed for holiday. This is another fact that I find was, to put a politely, misrepresented. Basically, I overpay dramatically for my stay. I would greatly appreciate having my money back. I did not find that most of the staff at the front desk was knowledgeable. Andrea was the exception. She was very good and very polite. If you watch the video, you think there’s someone to greet you when you arrive. That was not the case. It was not a bellman insight. And this property is easily twice what its competitors charge and I do not see why. I dropped one of my AirPods, and had to look for it under the bed. It was not tidy. We had turn down service one night out of four. Three of us. May I have my money back?

Room was of decent size, I didn't book the higher priced ones, so I was satisfied with the room I got

The door to the room is not soundproofed and I could hear the staff and other people walking in the corridor, especially as my room (116) was near the lift. The furniture and fittings were fine but I would have thought that the doors would be fire rated

High quality hotel, excellent room comfort, good spa, great bar and restaurants, rich breakfast, very professional and friendly staff, all in a great location.

Atrociously wrong music almost everywhere in the hotel. Seems like the radio is stuck on 80s pop everywhere you go. The super stylish and classic bar begs for some good jazz, but no, you get 80s pop. The reception begs for soothing music, but no, you get 80s pop. The bistro begs for something inspiring, but no... It's a common theme in Swiss hotels, I find, but at the Einstein it hurts the ears and spoils the experience because of the painful contrast with the high quality of everything else. Furthermore, small detail: toilette paper in the wrong of very low quality, in dissonance with the high quality of everything else.

Just lovely place and super service

we spendere 2 nights and brought our little puppy which was received very positive.The reception even offered a dog bed😀 Location is very quiet and absolutely central to the old town and the monestry. Room service is recommendable

We had advised reception of our late arrival after 23:00 which was no problem at all. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and we liked the large walk-in shower. We didn't use other facilities as we had an early start the following morning.

Could have cared more about the guest than the rules

Friendly staff, very clean and a place with plenty of character. The night attendant, Adrian, is a treasure 🪙

Reception staff was not flexible. Our travel arrangements did not allow us to use the spa area which we would have loved to visit. I would have wished they could have understood that we wanted the full experience but they didn't find a way to enable that.

Room big and nice. If you look for quiet ask for the backside. Front has a nice view over the city... Minibar, chocolate, free entrance to gym and sauna....
