On se réjouit d'y retourner !

Situation idylique en pleine vieille ville, néanmoins tranquille. Proximité de tout, parking non loin mais payant...

Le petit déjeuner est sympa mais l'offre est limitée, pas de soucis l'essentiel est là. Par contre il ouvre tôt, pour les lèves-tôt !

Pour une visite du vieux St Gall, c est le DOM qu’il vous faut

La situation au centre de la vieille ville L’accueil en français Le petit déjeuner où rien ne manquait Le tiquet parking pour la journée

J’ai moins apprécié le produit de douche pour laver corps et cheveux mais c est personnel

posizione ottima, stanza spaziosa e pulita. letto comodo. ottima accoglienza. procedure di chek in e chek out rapide e poco complicate

manca un parcheggio, e il parcheggio nelle vicinanze costa molto caro. manca il pavimento riscaldato nel bagno.

Great for a sight seeing trip to St Gallen

This was a great option for an overnight stay in St Gallen, it is conveniently located close the St Gallen Abbey which you can reach on foot. The rooms are very functional and take full advantage of the provided space. The staff is very helpful.

Could not connect to the Wi-Fi but was only there for a sleep so did not bother to seek for help, I am sure there would have been a way around it.

Very friendly and convenient hotel. We loved St Gallen.

Extremely friendly and comfortable hotel. Great breakfast. We enjoyed our balcony facing the back of the hotel - so quiet. I particularly like the fact that the hotel employed some adults with learning difficulties.

There was a problem with the shower which had leaked into the bedroom on previous occasions and damaged the laminate floor. This had to be repaired whilst we were there but the hotel gave us a platter of 'snacks' ( which was enough for a meal! ) as compensation for the inconvenience.

For a business trip the ideal place with a pleasant atmosphere, great staff and the best breakfasts!

Great staff & great atmosphere & well-balanced, healthy breakfast (loved the little jars of Bircher).

Room decor was a bit too basic for my taste and the TV was way on the small side.

The views were spectacular and it’s location is situated at the entrance to the most amazing mountain hiking I’ve ever done

I will return!

Breakfast was excellent, the room as well, and I liked the first floor kitchen area where you could help yourself to tea, coffee and fruit. One snag: the hairdryer had a missing end piece making it impossible to use but that was minor in the whole scheme of things. The room has very limited sockets and it would have been good to have one near the bed side table for charging one's mobile. But again, this minor. It was overall a great experience and I will certainly return.

The front desk was so helpful and friendly. They made the experience absolutely lovely! The room was nice modern and very clean. the location was perfectly placed.

the modern shower although was nice leaked on to the bathroom floor and I ended up using all of our towels to clean it up so we didn't fall.

+ Location was perfect to visit St Gallen's old town and Abbey, and also walking distance from the train station. + Good cold breakfast variety (more hot options would not harm though!). + Room was small but comfortable and clean.

- I woke up a few times each night when other rooms closed their doors, it was quite noisy. - I think there might be water filtering from the shower to the wood floor in the room (it was visibly darker).

Modern clean with all comforts needed by travellers

Great location in the old town. Close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. our room had a small balcony which was great for a cup of tea before retiring for the night. Breakfast was very good and value for money.

I enjoyed my stay, good value for money with amazing , friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly, I appreciated also the public transport tickets that were offered. Location is good, breakfast was good for reasonable price. Good value for money.

The bottled water is very important specifically when it is hot. It was not replaced after the first day when room was cleaned. Also we had to sleep with open window and it was a lot of noise coming from the street during night.
