I cannot pass judgement on breakfast as we did not eat at the hotel but the facilities in general met our requirements easily. The location is very good, just a short walk to Greenwich town centre and all the transport links one needs.

The hotel is very pleasant and in a great location very close to Greenwich village. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is small but clean and has everything needed for a short stay.
the room was expensive for a two night stay - I don't know what was going on in London this week, but the rates were very high.

It was very clean
Nothing

Good location
Very dated rooms, small beds and bathroom facilities were poor.
3.8
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They got our room TV back in operation.
VERY Small room. My wife thought the beds were too soft. The shower is dangerous! The floor is VERY SLIPPERY!! We put the hand towel in the bottom of the shower so we would not slip and fall. No fan in the room. No way to get the wall mounted heater to just run the fan and move some air. We had to sleep with the window open.

Good sized room.
Advised hotel beforehand that I would be travelling with my bike. On arrival was told that no bikes were allowed. Even after showing the email from ibis confirming that they were aware I was bringing a bike, I was told that there would be a £15 charge for the bike. When I explained that I had not been told this when I booked, I was allowed to bring the bike to the hotel, but I was not allowed to keep the bike in my room as I had thought. It had to be kept overnight in a store room which was a bit worrying as I was cycling from London to Paris the following day and wanted to do a last minute check that the bike was in full working order beforehand.

Everything was fine, location is the best, staff is great. Worth its value
Highly recommend for stay. My next trip to London I’ll stay in Ibis. Thank you
Everything was good, maybe bigger trash bin, or just another one 🙂

Friendly staff , who willingly changed our room from one with no window to one with a window
On arrival 3 hours before check in staff said they had to charge 3 pound per bag to
Hold them . The bags were just put in the office behind the desk, so no actual extra cost should be charged.
I have NEVER been charged before , considering the cost of the room this should have been covered .

Near to start and 6.5 mile point on circuit and great travel connections. Room was basic, but functional. Staff pleasant and welcoming.
There wasn't a power point near the bed, the bed wasn't comfortable for me but my husband slept well. Breakfast not good for gluten free.

The location in the middle of Greenwich was great for us -- lots of restaurants and things to do in the area and close to the train station. Parking next to the hotel was a bonus! The room was clean, quiet, and comfy (if not particulary spacious, but hey, it's London). The front desk staff where cheerful and helpful.
The breakfast buffet selection was absolutely awful. When we came down at about 9:15, there were 3 slices of white bread, some pastries, and a scattering of cured meat products left. Not great for people who are into healthy eating! We got our money back and went across the road to Bill's, which was excellent.

excellent location
breakfast was disappointing - lukewarm dry scrambled eggs were put on my table when I had only just started on my cereal - not a good start to the day
3.8
The location was perfect and central to all attractions. Hotel clean comfortable and staff professional and friendly.
Think breakfast should be included as standard.

Ambienti curati, staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda per servizi, ristorazione, bar e stazione DLR a pochi passi.
forse avrei messo qualche ripiano in più nella stanza, il terzo letto rendeva la stanza un po' strettina.

Funky bright welcoming atmosphere
Room on the small side for twin

It was a lovely room, and cheaper than we thought it would be
The bathroom had a weird smell to it, and everytime house keeping came, they left the bathroom door open, so the smell seeped into the room

The room was clean and comfortable and had the usual amenities available. Reception staff on arrival friendly and welcoming, small bar area with snacks available for purchase. Onsite parking is also available, but we chose to use public transport during our stay. Good location for our needs.
Breakfast at the restaurant next door, which was included in the price, is very disappointing!!! I am gluten-free, and they were unable to offer me any hot food for breakfast due to the cross-contamination risk as they do not use separate cooking equipment. This meant that I had a very expensive continental "breakfast," which consisted of sliced cheese, ham, and turkey as this was the only gluten-free items available. The gluten-free toast they provided was over toasted from frozen, so I resorted to bringing my own gluten-free rolls for the remainder of my stay. The cooked breakfast provided to the other guest in my group was subpar, so this meant it was doubly disappointing as we had previously experienced a fabulous breakfast on a prior visit.
Reception staff on checkout was brusk, he did not ask how our stay had been. Was also surprised at being charged to leave our suitcases with the hotel for a few hours. This needs to be mentioned in the general information that the hotel charges for looking after your baggage, as this may influence my decision when booking.

the location was perfect, hence choosing it. I can’t really rate the hotel fairly as even though I booked it in October last year, I was informed 9 days before travel that the hotel was closed for the month of June! however, we were reallocated to the Novotel just up the road which was perfect for us…
the lack of communication. the availability of any staff to speak with.

Location & staff
Shower wasn’t great to heat up so I had it cold. Thank you sea swimming!

Worst staying
The bathroom door is not working and tv also not working proeprly
If any thing we want we go to recption from the. Room there is no phone conection in room

Location of the hotel is perfect for Greenwich village - it is literally on the doorstep
Nothing considering the price
3.8
situation of hotel. Staff and cleanliness.
not being able to have twin beds and not enough tea/coffee.
3.8
Staff friendly on arrival and departure
I know these are budget rooms, but room looked nothing like the website.
Rooms are very, very basic, cold, no mirror by dressing table, thin pillows, limescale around the sink and taps, shower was rubbish and the bathroom was tiny reminded me of a toilet on a train, TV extremely slow to change channels and most channels not working.
3.8
Отель очень сильно понравился, трансконтинентальные завтраки вообще супер
тапки, в номер нету одноразовго тапочки
3.8
The location. Very close to the curry sark and transport links
Cramped and dirty rooms. The shower is a health and safety hazard. The non-slip parts have either worn away or were never there and so with a step up from a tiled floor into it is very dangerous. I slipped and bruised myself against the the wall next to it. The toilet is tucked behind a door that you have to manoeuvre yourself around to access!
The rooms were grubby and dark (I had a front facing room, my poor father faced a wall and his was much worse).
If you had a cat and swing it you would hit all 4 walls of this room! Tiny and cramped, nowhere to store suitcases so constantly moving them from bed to floor.

Double bed ver comfortable

Room abit on the small side

Location
Bathroom was tiny, felt like it was an aeroplane loo. The door didn’t close properly, we had to lift it to close it. Breakfast in the morning was cold and very limited choice
3.8
Friendly staff, decent sized room and immaculately clean
The pillows... The temperature
3.8
Great location, friendly staff
Bathroom door didn’t close, shower wasn’t cleaned properly, no plugs near the bedside… all small things but for the price they shouldn’t have been issues.
3.8
Location was great and the hotel was reasonably small so not lots of noise from other guests.
Room was bit tired and could do with redecoration. Also the window didn’t sound closed so there was lots of noise from outside. Felt like it needed to be a tighter closure to keep the noise out.

Air conditioning
The hotel put us in the wrong room even though I had paid for an upgrade, we were transferred after I spoke to the reception but even then the CITY VIEW I paid extra for was poor. Not worth the upgrade price.
The breakfast was very small and wasn't what I expected. I appreciate there were other options but I would rather just eat a full English, not a quarter English, I don't like mixing continental and fried breakfast.

The hotel was excellent, everyone and everything was great, the only issue I've got is the restaurant Cafe Rouge. Hotel itself is located in a nice area, very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and nice rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Good vibes and atmosphere.
Cafe Rouge, connected to the hotel, is not a great choice. If you pay for breakfast with your room, you pay more than you would have to spend when you buy breakfast independently and you get less.
The staff at the Cafe Rouge is very nice and friendly but the food is far from good quality and tasty and the service looks like nobodycares. Very sad looking 1 egg, 1 slice of bacon, tiny pot of baked beans( 2 tablespoons)and 2 dry hash browns, cold coffee all for £15.50
Dinner or lunch is no better. They aspire to be a french restaurant, but the food and service are poor and not really worth the money. But still the staff is nice and friendly.
3.8
The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see - unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to see EVERYthing as we had obligations elsewhere. What we did see and do was just wonderful though.
Breakfast was not included in the price.

Brilliant location, nice entrance.
Room far too small. Lighting was very dull, along with dark paint was not good combination. Bed was exceptionally firm and would of been nice to have more than one pillow.
