Big room, close to everything, easy parking, clean.
Was offered late check out but the message was not conveyed so we were disturbed anyway. Staff member in lift took it back to ground floor when i was on my way up to the room. Not much but small niggles

La habitación es muy linda, y la cama comoda. El wifi es estable y me permitio tener reuniones y trabajar remoto. La cuidad es pequena y el hotel esta bien ubicado

We told the hotel it was my husband’s 50th birthday! The room have balloons and chocolates and glitter. He was given a complimentary drink!!
The breakfast isn’t great so this time we opted for room only and ate out.

Hotel was very modern. Great location in the City Centre. No parking but a large local authority car park at the rear of the hotel but for £10.00 for 24 hrs an NCP car park opposite the front of the hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast and evening meal.

I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Exeter during my visit in March. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests truly enhanced my overall experience.

Very good service. Staff were all so friendly and they really looked after us. Food was also top notch.
Had a few complementary drinks after they found out it was my birthday weekend. Will definitely return to stay when back in Exeter for any gigs. 10/10.
There really was nothing I didn't like about our stay.
Everything was excellent.

Location
Room was quiet
The mattress / bed was poor, every time one of us moved slightly it woke the other up, as the movement rippled through the mattress .
We both had very poor sleep .

Bedroom and bathroom was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The pillows were a little hard but this is a very personable thing anyway and difficult to accommodate everyone's needs. The breakfast was really tasty and good value for money. Lots of different items to choose from. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It was so nice to an actual person on reception who smiled and greeted you in a friendly manner which was not false in anyway. All the staff from the chamber persons, waiting staff, receptionists and manager were all very friendly and welcoming and genuinely interested in us. Thank you.

Clean room. Staff were pleasant.
Room was very cramped and had a small window to the side. For £205 it was expensive. It was like an overpriced Travelodge. Bathroom was clean but very basic. Rock hard pillows. Just not great value for money. On a dreary arterial road next to a roundabout.

The bed was very comfy and there was a wide selection available at breakfast which was delicious.
Unfortunately, I received a large number of flea / bug bites overnight during my stay. I did inform the receptionist of this and was just told that she would let the manager know!

Clean, great location, had spare toiletries/snacks you can buy at reception, easy to use safe, great shower, great maintenance every day, large room, comfy bed.
Very thin walls. Our neighbours were so loud and we could hear their alarm ringing at 6am for 30 minutes non stop - which meant we didn’t get to sleep in one morning.
Some staff could have been warmer at reception.

A very functional hotel quite close to the city center of Exeter. It has all you would expect from a mid-tier hotel. No fuss check-in, fast Wi-Fi and comfortable beds.
A bit more room to put the suitcase, but otherwise I cannot thing of anything.
