Our room overlooked Ofelia Place and the main canal with a view out to the Opera House. We enjoyed watching boats traverse the canal and pedestrians enjoying the large decked area below our window. The room was large and comfortable. We especially loved that the window overlooking the canal was the span of the room and it opened! Breakfast was lovely with something for everyone with vegan options as well. The location of Scandic Front is fantastic within one block of Nyhavn Harbor and .6 miles from Broens Outdoor Food Market. We highly recommend Scandic Front.

Prima hotel, goed gelegen in de stad, goed bereikbaar met OV, prima ontbijt, heel veel keus.
Kamer was lekker groot, betaal je dan ook voor, maar toch.

Sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen und sehr schön präsentiert. Tolle Lage sehr zentral eine Strasse vom Nyhavn entfernt. Zur nächsten Metrostation 10 Minuten entfernt. Zimmer grosszügig, bequemes Bett und Kissen.

Location - for us, it was walking distance to the places of interest. Also, the location felt safe at any hour to walk around (we were headed at 5h30 a.m towards the metro station). It was generally quiet and a chilled area.
Room - we spent 3 nights in September and we were expecting to be quite cold and it was exactly the opposite: we left the window all day & night open and it was still very warm in the room. The room was spacious enough to feel comfortable.
Breakfast - we only had 2 breakfast at the hotel as the third day we were checking out super early; reasonable options and even a few for vegans.
Check-in - we were able to do it earlier than the usual time.
Overall - the overall look of the room and bathroom did not gave a feel that the place was cleaned with diligence nor properly maintained.
Room:
--> Bed - the mattress was way too soft and not very comfortable overall.
--> One socket in the room was out of the wall and not looking safe at all; we were 2 adults but for someone traveling with small children, that could have posed a problem. Not to mention that a socket, no matter where, in your house or in a hotel, should not hang out from the wall.
--> One of the legs of the small round table was not sitting properly
--> Bathroom - had no window nor a ventilator. The shower was problematic as the upper head could not be turned off so it was quite challenging to take a shower without wetting your hair or not making a watery mess in the rest of the bathroom. We reported to the reception and they advised that the shower cannot be repaired but offered another room to move into --> the problem was that even if in this new room the shower was fully functional, the room overall had a funny smell and compared to our initial room, the view was on the other side of the building, towards the parking of a hotel and it looked really depressing. They told us that there is another possibility of changing the room but we had to do the checkout (it was 10h30 a.m), leave the luggage in the luggage room (payable per hour with a fee of 10/15 DKK depending of the size of the luggage) and once some other room was available and cleaned (around 15h00), we could switch. Not having a guaranteed that a different room would be better and making this switch on our expense of money and time, we decided to stick with the initial room.
--> Lobby - my partner had to work and he did that from the lobby as our room was not yet ready and there was no quieter corner.
--> I found it pathetic for a 4 stars hotel to charge for leaving the luggage on their premise for a couple of hours.

The location was fantastic, perfect for a first time tourist to Copenhagen as it is a very short walk from many prime attractions and walkable to many more. I imagine the hotel is equally pleasant for repeat visits due to it's quiet position and proximity to a main underground station with multiple connections.
The tea and coffee selection was poor and the creamer was clearly old and had solidified in the packet. Replacements the next day were better. No mini-bar is perhaps unusual in this size hotel. The tea and coffee in the lobby should probably be complimentary - we did not pay for any.
The light switch arrangement is odd - though perhaps only to a foreign visitor. Turning off some lights also turned off the power to sockets. We only discovered this after turning off lights for the night to discover our phone had not charged overnight. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of!
No heated towel rail in the bathroom meant our towels never felt fully dry. Again, not really a complaint, just something to bear in mind - you may want to have your towels replaced each day. The hotel asks you to avoid this to be greener, but no-one enjoys damp towels!

La posizione fantastica, sul mare a 10 minuti a piedi dalla sirenetta andando verso nord ed a 10 minuti dal DAC andando verso sud, le stanze sono molto grandi e pulite, la colazione perfetta e lo staff disponibile
L esposizione delle stanze a Nord è scadente a causa della presenza dell hotel adiacente, anche la luminosità delle stanze ne risente in quanto le luci della stanza non sono il massimo...

De receptionist van de avond/nacht dienst was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt was goed.
De eerste kamer die wij toegewezen kregen was niet schoon, de Wi-Fi werkte niet, de tv had maar 2 zenders, de wc was verstopt en de douche was kapot. De receptionist was zo vriendelijk ons te verplaatsen naar een andere kamer, helaas was deze ook niet goed. Er was geen koelkast, er miste een stoel, het was heel koud en de verwarming werkte niet. De ventilatie in de badkamer werkte niet. We vonden een sok van de vorige gasten. De gasten in de kamer naast ons waren zo luidruchtig dat we niet konden slapen. Housekeeping kwam ''s ochtends zomaar de kamer ingelopen. Housekeeping maakte ook veel lawaai 's ochtends vroeg op de gangen. Ook 's ochtends vroeg veel geluidsoverlast van ik vermoed de levering van de wasserij. Ik ben in vele hotels verbleven, maar heb het nog nooit zo slecht meegemaakt. Mijn dochter en ik keken uit naar onze citytrip naar Kopenhagen. De stad is mooi, maar het hotel was één grote tegenvaller. Zeker als je zoveel geld voor een overnachting betaald verwacht je ook betere faciliteiten. Er was niet eens een koffiemachine op de kamer, geen badmat, geen badjas of slippers. Alle andere diensten waren betaald. Je moet betalen om een paraplu te lenen en zelfs om je bagage achter te laten!

Das Hotel hat einen Renovierungsstau, der deutlich zu groß ist. Wände, Türen,Wasserhähne,Waschbecken sind regelrecht ramponiert. Wo man hinschaut sind Schäden. Der Zimmerservice ( Reinigung) wird nur auf Anmeldung erledigt, und das nur mit Anmeldung am Tag zuvor.. Also kein gemachtes Bett, kein sauberes Bad und keine abgespülten Kaffeetassen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wir bezahlten knapp 300€ pro Nacht für eine gefühlte Jugendherberge.

-酒店的位置太赞，路口广场边剧院，在上演莎士比亚的戏，沿着河步行不到30分钟便到星形城堡和小美人鱼雕像，隔两个街口就到新港，楼下过马路有小超市，周边有各种餐厅。早餐种类并不多，但蛮可口。

Wenn man ein Scandic Hotel bucht, dann weiß man in Etwa, was einen erwartet. Für uns kommt nicht nur auf die Hardware: Zimmer, Fenster, Betten, etc. an, sondern auf die Art und Weise, wie einen die Mitarbeiter:innen behandeln. Und denen möchten wir ein ganz besonderes Lob aussprechen und wir bitten auch, diesen Text so weiterzugeben. Vom ersten Augenblick fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben und blickten immer nur in überaus freundliche Gesichter. Das ist mehr Wert als alles andere.

The location was nice and safe and most of the staff nice. I had booked a room on the top floor for a quiet room and I could not hear my neighbours (this is sometimes hard to find in Copenhagen)
The room was not well cleaned. I found hair and various things behind my pillow. The room was overall poorly vacumed and seemed very dusty. You also had to pay extra for storing your luggage if you arrived a couple of hours before check in and pay for renting an umbrella!!! This might be okay in a hostel but not if you pay over 250€ per night. The hotel also had a bad odor, plumbing smell in the hallways. The breakfast was very avarage. Can unfortunately not recommend this place, not for this price. The pictures look nice but its not a very nice hotel. Not value for money.

Very close to the Nyhavn district, within 20mins walking distance from any other attractions in any direction which is great when you’re wanting to see all of the city! We stayed for 2 nights and just about got everything in, but 3 nights would allow more breathing room!

The cleaness of the bathroom sink and the bad condition of the Showgrößen cabin was scarry. The floor of the bathroom and the carpet of the room, are not More Contemporary and unhygienical.

Location is excellent, rooms were good, and the breakfast is excellent - very diverse with a lot of options.
The parking is not hotel's own, but a public garage. During our stay, there was an event in the city which prevented us from using the parking on the day we were leaving, so we had to find alternatives that were not so close. It would be good if we were informed of this situation up front, not on the day of our arrival.
The accommodation was quite nice, except the beds that were too soft for our liking - it felt like it is easy to fall out of bed :)

Nice view in front over looking the street. Very nice breakfast. The location was just a block from Nyhavn where many restaurants and pubs are. Trip Advisor tour picked up right from the hotel.
We took the metro directly from the Airport ($8) and it was a little challanging rolling our suitcases over the cobblestones but doable. There was only one attendant at the front desk so most times you had to wait as they were busy for checking in and out or questions.

The location is prime and the surrounding is exquisite. The breakfast is good too with enough variety. The staff is also generally friendly and warm.
The rooms should have options for brighter lights as well, as suggested last time as well. The staff at the reception should be a little more flexible to accommodate special requests like extending cut off time etc.

The location is very central downtown, the rooms are convenient, beds are good, staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is great!
You need to specially tell that you want your room to be cleaned (which is fine in itself!), but staff upon check-in did not inform us about this strategy; pillows are very small; we had some request to the front desk staff that was never followed-up.

The TV only had 12 channels and none of them were English speaking, normally when I travel we at least get BBC World News or something.
