Great location in the nature, the wellness was perfect. View from jacuzzi was amazing. Parking spot was free.
The room doesn't correspond to the one, that you choose on Booking. We have booked room for 3 people and in the room specification there were photos of 1 double and 1 single bed. But when we arrived, there was 1 double bed and living room with couch instead. The staff probably wasn't aware of 3 people coming, so the couch was not even covered with sheets. Otherwise the room was ok, but we booked it because we wanted classic bed, not the couch.

Unusual and fantastic hotel SPA, located on 3 levels. Plus a jacuzzi on the roof with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Excellent, tasteful dinners.
The breakfasts were good, but not very diverse and unvaried (for a week the only hot meal for breakfast was scrambled and boiled eggs).
Also, the rooms are clean, but already in need of refurbishment.

The location, style, food and staff
Would have been nice if the wellness facilities were open a bit longer since we arrived late, but it is what it is

Breakfast was OK, there was plenty of fruit, pastry, eggs (boiled and one omelet with ham). There was a lot of people that weekend (before lock down) so stuff was a bit stressed. Room was good, but in separate unit from hotel and sauna. Location was good, close to Hintertux, where we went skiing.
We got one bedroom with a living room, but there was a three of us, and bathroom was part of bedroom, so third person had to come knocking all the time to get into bathroom. Also, this unit is separated from the hotel, so there is no direct access to sauna and pool, you cannot go with bathrobes, but fully clothed. In the wellness area, what was strange, only one shower in sauna part, so for people that are located in different building and cannot go straight to the room to shower it is kind of strange. It is a large area with pool and 3 saunas with only one shower. Blankets in the rest area would be great too, as it was a bit chilly there. Also, Finnish sauna was not warm once the wellness are opened, it took about extra 40 minutes to get warm.

Very well located in Tux and quite near Hintertux. Amazing Breakfast and dinner. The whole infrastructure is quite good and all the SPA activities are acessible for free. The family is very supportive and all the employees are very kind. The room was really disinfect and cleaned before we enter.
Even with the rising number of cases of corona, the only persons using Masks were my wife and me. People went to the buffet without masks, which I believe is not the best approach considering the current corona incidence.

- BEAUTIFUL Sauna/Welnnes landscape.
- Kind personnel
- A free bus ticket for the Mayrhofen - Hintertux Bus.
- Free parking
- Good restaurant.
- Parking was available but in really narrow spots. I drive a small car so I can imagine larger (broader) cars may have a challenge,
- If you are an early sleeper you may have difficulties in some rooms. Noise of the restaurant and bar travels to the room easily.

Wonderful place and wonderful people. Excellent kitchen, rich breakfast and superb spa area. But it is the welcoming staff that makes the place exceptional. We stayed there during summer and will for sure come back again.

The food was fantastic and the staff extremely plesant. It was a good central location and you could tell the spa area was very new. The rooms were lovely with a great view.
Before booking I was not aware that the sauna only opened at 1530pm, and dinner starts at 1800, also the facilities seem bigger than in real life. There was ample space in the saunas, but if you didnt get there early there was not enough Ruheraum space, also the Dampfbad didnit seem to work at all, it pumped out cold air.

The family hotel is an excellent place for rest and for the excursion. The brekfest and the dinner was over of our expectation.

Very good location, near to village center but quiet. Nice, clean and convenient rooms. Excellent food. Enjoyable sauna and swimming pool areas. Close to ski bus stop.
