It's an "all inclusive" and there was a lot of food and drinks. Private beach was very nice and well organized. Employees were trying to be as helpful as they could, when we had an issue they fixed it. Only reception people spoke English, and some bar tenders. Lucky that Romanian has lots of slave words so after a couple of days we actually manage to communicate in a sign language mixed with some Bulgarian words! Most of the activities and services were child-oriented, waterpark, social events in the evening, so kids could have lots of fun, if they could remain healthy.
From the checkin we had to change two rooms because of the mould and dead insects inside, near the windows and air conditioning. Broken furniture, dirty sheets and rooms. Like they did not clean anything after the pandemic. Cleaning lady came with one cloth and one bottle of some liquid, and "cleaned" everything with it, from WC to tables, seats and other furniture. Sheets were dirty, with holes in them. Rooms infestes with ants, not to say mosquitos. Food was plenty but the quality so-so. Grills were very good, but otherwise most of the food was too salted or had too much artificial spices, and some even felt like pre-cooked from super market (cheese, fish and sea food). Children had ice cream, many types of juice, but they were all chemical juice from dispensers. Lemonade was great until we saw it was made from lemon concentrate with sprite-like dispenser juice. Yummy. Anyway, they were understaffed, at least in the dining areas. So tourists had the liberty to put their dirty hands in the food without anyone seeing or saying anything. Bottom line our older kid had a food poisoning, needed a doctor, and half of the vacation could not eat anything. He definitelly did not swallow sea water or sand from the beach. Some people eat food with dirty hands and "sterilize" it with alcohol, but we really care for our hygiene. And we did not like our experience. There is lots of potential, maybe the complex was great when it was first opened, however we feel that things have degraded in such way that they do not deserve the 4 and 5 stars.

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times already and we keep coming back because of the facilities: numerous swimming pools and an aqua park, all clean and looked after, there are also tennis courts, table tennis and mini golf. The food has always been excellent, the beach is clean, the evening entertainment is great.
The beds and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the bedding didn't get changed during the week we stayed. People are allowed to smoke next to the swimming pools.

The garden is beautiful.
The music from Holiday Village was extremly loud. We could not stay on the balcony in the evening from 10 to 12. IT was so loud the children woke up every night, even If the Windows were closed.
The employes from the restaurants were with sad/very bored faces.
The beach umbrelas are very old and do not protect You from the sun.

Excellent food.and speedy replacement of the empty trays. More quality coffee machines needed. Speedy cleaning of the tables by staff would help. Chambermaids' everyday tidying up and better cleaning including of the balconies would also contribute.
Most we did enjoy the Entertainment team performances on the Amphitheatre scene and then in the pool bar when they mingled with the public. The guys were real asset for the party mood. They created the atmospere for the so called 'party animals'. Thank you for your hard work!

The room in Flora Hotel that we were accommodated was near the restaurant Sozopol and the aquapark. In the same time it was quiet, comfortable and big enough for 2 adults and 8 years old child. There was a great variety of food and some of the dishes were cooked at the moment. There was even a food corner with diet and healthy food. We really liked the animation activities and enjoyed the evening performance of the entertainment team at Duni Arena.
Although there was an option to dine in two a la carte restaurants on the territory of the complex once for the entire stay, unfortunately, the way of booking was disappointing and unprofessional. You could only make a reservation by phone from the hotel room one day in advance within one hour in the most inconvenient time range of the day - between 17:00-18:00. The inside line was busy all the time, and when I managed to contact the restaurant after many attempts, I was told that there were no more vacancies. They did not cooperate with me from the reception and replied that there was no option to make a reservation through them.

The location, the gardens, the park parts, good aquapark for the families with chidren
Small beach parasols from non protecting transparent material, mediocre hygiene in the restaurant, poor quality beer, warm white wine, expensive as a price for the conditions offered compared to other destinations

Excellent place for a vacation with children. You have everything in the resort - the sea, the beach, the pools, the aqua park, shows and parties in the evening. Great fun for the little ones, and relaxation for the not so little ones.
As a bonus, the small houses and vilas, spread between pine trees, make the whole village a lovely place to walk around in the evening.
We had an issue with a leaking toilet that was not fixed during our stay. We had to put a towel on the floor, to stop the water from flowing. It was a quick fix and we did not let that ruin our vacation.

The complex is perfectly set and surrounded by evergreen trees and summer flowers, Aqua park and tennis courts. The food was plenty and delicious, something for everyone. The staff are friendly and professional. Awesome international animation team, working hard from 10am to 5pm, entertaining evening shows and disco nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The sand and the water on the beach was clean - no trash and plastic.
The room:
The room had mold on the walls, the bed was broken, shower leaking. It took us multiple calls to the reception to fix the light. No place for personal items in the bathroom. The room was too small for 4* hotel. The room was too far away you had climb stairs equivalent to a fifth floor. We paid for the premium room not far away from the beech.
The restaurant:
The restaurant greeted us with a kids pissing next to the entrance. Inside it was dark, full of smoke from the barbecue. There was a swallow nest on top of the barbecue ... swallow were flying and nesting everywhere in the restaurant. It was overcrowded it took us 20 minutes to find free table and 10 minutes queue for ice cream. The service in the restaurant was almost non existent we had to clean the tables ourselves. The plates were dirty and not washed properly.
The pools:
There are no guards in the pools, this is absolutely not family and kids friendly. On the slides the law of the jungle applied, the hotel did not did enough to ensure order and opportunity for everyone to enjoy equally the slides. Once again not very child friendly. The umbrellas on the pool and the beach are actually dangarous and could be are reason for some nasty sunburns as they are semi-transparent and do not provide shade. It is recommended to cover them if you want to protect yourself from the UV light.
The personal:
The personal with a very few exception were rude, and proper greeting were exceptions. Most of the personal look overloaded, stressed and understaffed. I felt was part of exploitation of your people most of whom working finance their education. Very often the personal could not speak Bulgarian or English and communication was difficult.

It was was clean.
The food was simply not on level. Low quality products, lacks sea food. The restaurant staff is not enough and they cannot manage to keep tables clear.
The beds… we have been accommodated in room with double bed which was so uncomfortable that we had to sleep on the couch…
Facilities on the beach - old and uncomfortable sun beds. The sun beams pass over the umbrellas as they are made from the same material as the sun beds.

I am having my Holiday in Duni Holiday village since last 9 years. Every year I come back I cannot stop being impressed by the quality, freashness, food, sea - all in all Duni created a high standard for summer facilities, that so far no other place in Buylgaria qualified for !
