Superb

Great swimming pools, there were always enough sunbeds and didn't feel crowded even though the hotel was at full capacity in August. The slides were a real joy for my kids, we almost never had to wait. The beach is right next to the hotel, direct access from the swimming pool area. The nearest beach is not very big, but was perfect for us. There is another beach, few steps away, with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent and a restaurant. The room was good, nice kitchen, a balcony, and a perfect air conditioning. My husband booked a Turkish hamam massage and it was very good. There is also a small supermarket in the hotel, with reasonable prices.

Very good place for family with little kids. They enjoyed pool, slides, program for children and playgrounds. Beach is nice and there is shallow water for quite a long distance from the beach. Room clean, food delicious.

Sofa bed in apartment was a little bit uncomfortable for kids to sleep.

Great vacation for a family that likes their peace and quiet

The hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is a supermarket that works till late hours. The pool is great, it's not too crowded and even when we got around 11am there was still a place in the shade. The beach is near and nice. The food is ok, even my kids found what to eat. The hotel is a 5-10 min drive from Sunnybeach, which is great to go to in the evening. My kids enjoyed the slides.

The variety of food doesn't change between the days. After the third day we went to a restaurant in the evening. No near public transportation, had to use taxis.

17 days spent in an unexpectedly nice resort.

Beautiful grounds that are very well maintained and a lovely view of the ocean, at least from our apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The buffet style dinner was fair to good, depending on the selection. There was certainly something for everyone’s personal taste. While we did not use the swimming pools, they were inviting and appeared to be clean.

The mattress on the bed was past its prime, with a dip in the middle. It definitely needed to be replaced.

Located nearby sea, nice view, water is warm enough also kids pool is good. In our time sea was warmer. Food at restaurant and service was very nice

Some visitors cannot behave after the slide is closed.. But thats not the resorts problem. Some of staff not speak any word in english.

very clean room

They lie about the facilities. The beach has no facilities, you need to walk more than 10 mins until you reach the sun beds and you need to pay as they are not from the hotel. They put loads of pictures with sun beds and umbrellas on the beach from all the beach bars nearby but none of them are theirs. At the pool there are 3 or 4 rows of sun beds that are one next to the other, 10 or more sun beds so no privacy and no space to walk between them.

Great pools and water slide. Super location. Nice beach entrance. Nice pool bar. Super-comfortable room with a washing machine!!

We had a terrible smell in the room and the staff did not fix it all the 3 nights we were there. Only on the last night near midnight they affered to move us to a diferent room - but it was pointless knowing we leave next morning. We expected to fix it ASAP as we reported the problem. Instead, it was not fixed or reported to next shft. And they did not do anything untill i came to beg them. Then when it was the last night - at midnight offered to change. They should have at least compensated us with the payment / meals. But theye did not offer that either. That is too bad, because other than that it is a very nice resort.

That's our second time staying at this hotel and I couldn't fault it. The rooms are nice and spacious and the food is fantastic there is something on the menu for everyone. Staff lovely and friendly would definitely recommend it. I would stay there again. The only thing that might be a problem for some people is you are a bit away from the center but plenty of taxi's around.

Family resort hotel with great value for money

Large hotel complex perfect for families, good food from the buffet restaurant, very clean premises, brand-new hotel, beach 5 mins walking and not too busy, nice acquapark, excellent value for money. On site supermarket and handy well equipped kitchen in the apartment room with excellent air conditioning.. Hotel located in Sveti Vlas, a calm family resort not busy and noisy like Sunny beach.

The room apartment was brand-new, however the bathroom and the beds were not up to a 4 stars hotel standard. Rather 3 stars due to cheap materials and furniture.

Hail the Housekeeping team! You guys I are doing amazing job! Thank you! Our stay was nice and would probably visit agai

Check in and check out we’re super quick- took 5 min each, well done to the reception. Property was extremely clean and well maintained. There are nice activities for children. My suggestion is to make guests aware of those activities, as no one told as, we heard by chance from guests around the pool.

It was quite noisy, as some people weren’t considering other guests. During our last night the person upstairs was so drunk and kept falling and speaking loud during the whole night and we couldn’t sleep at all. Pillows were not the most comfortable ones.
