It is a great place for family holiday. Great for kids. Friendly and hard working staff. Very helpful.
The internet connection wasn’t great.

Nice location, clean room, good food
The stuff at the bars and in the restaurant was inexperienced and thus not capable to provide service matching the quality of 5 stars hotel - long waiting time, trivia mistakes, etc. The safe box was listed in the room offer, but to use it we had to pay extra 10euro/night. The stuff at the reception desk was not cooperative and demonstrated poor customer orientation.

Simply beyond expectations! The resort is huge, 4 large hotels and an impressive beach together with several great pools (including a 45m long one) and several smaller ones and also a water park up onto the hill.
The hotel has large enough rooms and the third bed (sofa) is good en enough for even a 10 year old child. The restaurant is all-inclusive, good food, not as large as you would expect but large enough. Varied food but not any gourmet options. Good grill options, salads and traditional Bulgarian food.
Decent drinks included, you can also have some paid options with international brands
In all, the services are very similar to Turkey / Antalya but closer to Romania
The interior pool is rather small (and water cold), also I was hoping for better sauna options, just one dry sauna available and the Turkish bath was closed most of the times
The fitness room is not included into the all-inclusive package witch is different than other locations

We were a family with a 3 year old kid and we stayed in a double room in the middle of July. Overall really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the resort for a summer vacation on the seaside!
Pros: Perfect location next to the beach. The beach itself was clean, the water crystal clear, warm and very calm.
Good variety and quality on the main dishes. The staff was polite.
Room was cleaned each day by a very nice lady. The room itself was spacious. Bathroom was big enough and didn't have any problems associated with the equipment. We were on the 5th floor and the balcony was facing the sea and partly the side of the parking lot. It was quiet.
The available secured parking lot was quite enough for all visitors. Big thumbs up for it.
The evening animation events at the amphitheater and beach were amazing. Our kid liked it too and was eagerly awaiting to go watch them dance and to "applause" them every day after dinner :)
Cons: Pillows were very soft (too much) and not comfortable.
Could have a bit better variety and quality of the desserts.
Problems with ants in the rooms. We understood it's pretty much present in most rooms and not only with ours.
The umbrellas don't offer a solid shadow beneath them and are a bit transparent.

Very delicious food.
Great location.
Some of the guests are allowed to play their own music, on a portable player at the pool bar, which for me is not acceptable.
The beach sand was not very clean.
4.6 / 5.0
Great location, food was excellent, facilities were good and apart from the hilariously rude reception staff, all other staff were attentive, polite and pleasant.
Reception Staff were abrupt and rude to, apparently, everyone that I witnessed, including myself. It was like Faulty Towers!
