Un hotel 4 stelle, che non merita 4 stelle Siamo rimasti delusi L'unica cosa buona era la colazione tanta scelta

Praticamente manca tutto !!! Pulizia, prodotti per l'igiene personale i dispenser erano vuoti...

Ich hatte mehr erwartet für das Geld und würde es nicht wieder buchen oder empfehlen.

Die Nacht war ruhig (bis morgens das Housekeeping nebenan sehr früh und laut zu putzen begann). Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise, das war angenehm. Und die Dame des Frühstücksbuffets hat einen sympathischen und kompetenten Eindruck gemacht. Zwar gab es im Zimmer keine Kaffee/Tee Station oder Wasserkocher, dafür aber zumindest ein unberührter kleiner Kühlschrank

Safe im Zimmer war defekt, auch hatten wir das Hotel explizit wegen des Spa & Fitnessraums gebucht - beides war leider während des gesamten Aufenthalts defekt. Der Teppich war sehr verfleckt im Zimmer sowohl als auch im Flur, und der Vorhang in unserem Zimmer hing teilweise nicht mehr in der Leiste, somit machte das Zimmer anfangs einen sehr ungepflegten/vernachlässigten Eindruck. Leider ist die Lage des Hotels nicht so gut wie erhofft, man brauch schon sehr lange in die Stadt zu gelangen, sei es mit den öffentlichen oder sonst mit Taxi

Breakfast was ok for a 4* hotel. Free parking.

This hotel was a disappointment. The room was old, dark, shabby and equipment very old. There was no soap in the bathroom. Receptionist couldnt find our Booking rezervation, overall not very friendly.

Unprepared staff, huge taxes and NO FACILITIES

Modern looking hotel with comfortable beds and proper spaced rooms. Nice view from the upper floors.

They charge a big tax for dogs (35€/night) which they don’t tell you in advance. They did not tell us that we have breakfast included in the price of our room !!!!!! or that we have access to SPA and Fitness. only after checkout I found out about these amenities.

Not the best :(

All the staff was very polite and tried to be helpful. The linen on the beds ware clean. The bathroom was reasonably clean as well and nicely organized and the WiFi quality was very good. Also, there's ample parking, which is one of the reasons I chose this place and the view from the sky bar is very nice.

When I first entered the room, the first problem was the carpet. If was a dark grey, the kind of grey that results in a lot of dirt building up on it. I was disgusted to walk barefoot and there were no complimentary slippers offered. Then there was the lack of a minibar. I mean there was a fridge but it was empty and it didn't work and it was kind of rusty inside as well. Also, the bar closed at 10 and I was stuck drinking tap water during the night. And lastly the walls had a lot of insect kills smeared all over (mosquitos mostly, I think), including the bathroom ceiling. I'm really sorry, but this is a 3 star experience, at best.

Good hotel for one night when you are attending events in Puskas Stadium

Good position of the hotel at 2 km from the Puskas Stadium. Easy to get there by foot. Parking included, although quite crowded Very good continental breakfast AC functioning with no problems

Small rooms for 4 stars. The smallest TV I have ever seen in 4 star hotel. Difficull to watch from bed Mosquitos in room. That was a problem. Bring your owm anti-mosguito spray or device. The moquette shoud be professionally cleaned or changed.

Superb

The location is perfect, the food was really good, and it's a really good place if you are visiting for an event at Hungexpo

We booked for AMTS, and seems like because a lot of people booked, the staff was overworked/overloaded, we visited the skybar but were not served even after 2 hours of waiting.

Perfect location for visiting Hungexpo events

We were at dog shows in Hungexpo, and the location of Expo Congress hotel was the best possible. We love how calm this place is, quiet. The view from the Skybar is absolutely great. Parking is free. We will visit again for sure.

Superb

The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is exceptionally good. You can buy tickets for the tourist bus from the reception.

The electrical system needs to be checked out. Two times we tried to put the electric kettle on, and both times the power went down. Keep in mind that the hotel, otherwise nice, is a bit far from the historic centre, so you might need to rely on a taxi or your own vehicle to see the sights.

The AC did not work appropriate so we couldn't heat up the room. Poor lightning. Stains on the carpets and curtains.
