The apartment was very clean and equipped with all neccessary appliances: microwave, electric kettle, AC, large TV, temperature cotntrol, and even electric window blinds for complete darkness at night. The sink was clogged, but once we informed the hostess about that she arrived within an hour and fixed it. She was very nice and bought us a chimney cake as an apology gift. Also, the apartment is very quiet. The terrace in front of the apartment is a great place for morning coffee.
The only thing we did not like is the bed matrass with a weird uncomfortable hollow in the middle.

The accommodation, same as the location were great. The apartment is very cozy, warm and with a homie feeling. There is everything you might need. The location is excellent, very central, and easy accessible by car or metro. Highly recommended for families with kids.

A place where one can really feel at home. At some apartments one gets the feeling one's presence is rather tolerated and you are not really expected to cook anything - not so here! The kitchen is amply equipped and has a selection of coffee, tea and spices - something that is not required, but is nice to have; I am always surprised at those supposedly equipped kitchens where there is even no salt! There were also shower gel and shampoo, and some sweets on the kitchen table - those small gestures that make you feel like a welcome personal guest, not just some tourist passing through never to return. Cozy and impeccably clean. What I also liked was that the shelves were not sterile and empty; there was just the right amount of objects to get the feeling the place is inhabited, but not to overwhelm. Clear instructions on how to get in and very good communication with the hostess. Good autonomous heating. Excellent location if you don't mind staying on the Buda side- I don't, quite the contrary. Would gladly stay here again and for longer periods! (and - a probably temporary bonus: 5 m from the entrance there is a place where I could do my pre-departure covid test; pre-registration online).
If really looking for faults - the nearby street is a bit too noisy for keeping the window open; but you don't hear anything when the window is closed, so I still maintain that the place is excellent. And - as I sometimes have troubles falling asleep, it would be nice to have a really thick curtain blocking out the light; there is a street light right outside the window, which might bother some light-sensitive sleepers.

Exceptionally clean, very cozy interior, clear instructions for everything in Hungarian, English and German, modern AC and TV, quiet neighbors, kind hostess.
Not a lot of storage space, sometimes noise at night because of the busy street nearby (but not for more than a couple of minutes).
