Our second stay here.

Location. This was our second stay at this great hotel and if we return to Bordeaux for a third time we will stay again. Very clean, tidy, lovely staff and situated at the heart of the City.

Me encantaría volver a Burdeaux

Valoramos muy positivamente lo bien aislada que estaba la habitación con la calle, no tanto con el resto del edificio. Y la ubicación es muy buena, a cinco minutos de la Ópera, y a dos minutos de la Plaza del Parlamento.

What a lovely stay!

A fantastic central location, just off the main shopping street and close to four tram stops (Bourse, Grand Théâtre, Quinconces, Sainte Catherine - from which you can easily get to and from the train station or the airport). Very helpful, friendly staff, a comfortable room and tasty breakfast!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und in den Zimmern ist alles vorhanden was man

Die Lage ist fantastisch mitten in der Fußgängerzone und dennoch ruhig.

Das Bett war sehr schmal (1,40m für 2 Personen) und sehr hart

Nice stay in a hotel that matches its "quality name".

Excellent mattresses, clean, superb breakfast.

Duvets much too high a tog rating for summer. Pricey but that's Bordeaux!

Excellent stay in a marvelous city, with the most beautiful ans stylish architecture in France.

The location was ideal near the commercial street but at a stone's throw from the Grand théatre. I could go everywhere on foot. When we had to visit other regions, the coaches were nearby i.e. near the théâtre or near the QUINCONCE which I reached on foot as well. The girls at the desk explained me each time how to get around town. The room was extremely quiet on the highest floor and with a nice view over the roofs. Also, I could open the window when the weather allowed it. When I had a problem with the airco the gen. manager immediately moved me to a better room!!!

If I were to return to Bordeaux, I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the central area close to public transport. Our room facing the courtyard was very quiet. You should prefer the upper floors (3rd or 4th) to avoid having a wall opposite the window on the courtyard side). The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Very good breakfast with fresh fruit and loose tea.

Hotel ideal per a famílies.

El personal és molt jovial i la situació és immillorable. Les habitacions són perfectes per qui viatgi amb nens petits.

It was a great stay. I only wish I stayed longer. Bordeaux is a beautiful place

I like the location. It was close to shops, different squares (lined with restaurants and bars) and trams are just around the corner

The heating. The building was hot the whole time. It made sleeping rather difficult

Bon séjour malgré tout..

Le petit déjeuner est le bémol. Malgré une belle salle et une belle présentation des tables, la qualité de ce qui est proposé est très moyenne pour le prix de 16 €. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Dommage

hôtel très bien placé et central pour découvrir Bordeaux à pied, très confortable. Chambre spacieuse, sdb et toilettes séparées, excellente literie, machine à café avec dosettes à disposition, bouteille d'eau.. petit déjeuner complet et varié. personnel très agréable... rapport qualité prix ++

Desayuno justo para el precio. El parking muy mal, dijeron que a 10€ por día en el Clemenceau y de eso nada, han subido precios y no lo dicen.
