Modern, clean and comfortable stay in Bordeaux

The property has an excellent location, just around 10 minute walk to the station. The apartment unit is in a nice safe street and the unit has a secured entrance gate to the unit. The unit is very clean and has a contemporary furnitures and design. The bathroom and kitchen are modern, and the appliances looks new. It was very helpful that a washer and dryer were available for us to use. The beds were comfortable with good quality beddings. The extra daybed was also beneficial for our family of 5. Having an AC made our stay very comfortable especially during this summer season. The property host is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to inquiries. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bordeaux.

L'appartement était très joli, très propre et bien équipé. Proche des transports en commun.

Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit la ventilation/ chauffage se laisse entendre quand elle est en marche. Mais cela ne nous a pas forcément gênés nous.

Very nice and quiet, conveniently located, perfect for work

This is the second time I've stayed in the apartment while working in Bordeaux. The apartment is comfortable and clean and conviently located close to the train station. It's in a quiet neighborhood that I liked a lot. If you want more action, Saint Michel is about a 20 min walk away and the City Center a little further. You can also get there more quickly by bus or tram. The front kitchen area is very nice and comfortable to work in, with reliable Internet. Check in is very and the staff is reaponsive, friendly and professional.

I was staying there in August and mostly the temperature was fine and there is a fan in the apartment. However, on the day when it was around 35 degrees, it was extremely hot in the kitchen area, which made it difficult to work or relax there. It would be much more comfortable if they could provide a small air conditioning unit for the summer months.

Served a purpose - to be close to the train station, honest feedback

We wanted to be close to the train station considering we were hauling luggage.

Parking would have been challenging, so it’s a good thing we arranged to return our rental car. There was ONE hanger in the entire apartment. The place smelled of cheap cleaning materials. The shower head and handle was broken. An air conditioner was supplied but not installed. When we opened the washer, it reeked of mildew and we saw black mold. I contacted the property manager about this during our stay as I am highly allergic and the only response I received was “thank you for your feedback, this will help us be better for future bookings”. I hope that is the case for anyone who needs to stay close to the train station. Not to mention, when we looked for restaurants nearby we passed several shady drug dealers. Not ideal for anyone but especially not with little ones.

It was close to the station and convenient. It was helpful because the staff told me about the key in detail in advance. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

There is a fan, but there is no air conditioning, so I think it would be better to close the curtains during the day. Bathroom equipment is minimal, so it is better to bring your own.

Literally everything! Super clean and beautiful, cozy and safe. Shower is big, kitchen is equipped perfectly. The only what I am asking for, dear guest please close the first door silently and be nice / careful with everything in the apartment, it's really beautiful! Have a great day ❤️

I was given the code to get a key fir the door, but the box refused to open after struggling fir 15 min plus walking back to train station to ph or send email, but to no avail. As is was getting dark and cold I went and booked into the Ibis hotel by the railway station.

amazing apartment with everything you need. we stayed at the superior family apartment on the 2nd floor. it is very clean. it has both washer and dryer. the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Pleasant stay

Nice option for a short solo weekend, it’s very well located as there is a direct bus straight from the airport. It’s also close to La Victoire and the river which both offer nice promenade options. Very comfortable bed and well equipped apartment.

Ground floor studio, noisy but it was nice to have a fan as I could close the windows at night and not feel too hot.

Pleasant room convenient to train station

The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen seemed well stocked though I didn't use it much; it was really good to have a refrigerator, though.

The bathroom is very tight. Hard to move between the shower and the sink. There was no indication of the Aquitain name on the door. Lighting could have been brighter.

It’s a very clean and convenient nest for 1-2 travellers for a short stay. I was there three nights.

It really is only about a 15 minute walk from the main train station and the C and D trams. The street it is on is generally very quiet. It’s on the ground floor so only a step, not a flight of stairs. I would stay there again.

If you walk to the train station area there are restaurants and bars there. I’m not sure where a market or Monoprix are located. There’s a corner shop that sells water, beer, snacks, etc and the owner is very friendly and helpful.
