Great Staff average hotel and rooms

I was disappointed with the hotel and room and for this gave an average score. The family room was small and was in need of renovation like other more modern Novotel hotels. Despite the disappointment with the room and facilities available at the hotel the hotel staff were brilliant - a big thanks to Lina for checking us in smoothly and Saily for her guidance on locations etc. The staff are a credit to the hotel.

I was disappointed with the hotel and room and for this gave an average score. The family room was small and was in need of renovation like other more modern Novotel hotels. Very limited amenities available in room and hotel and aircon appeared to be on the brink of breaking down. Room cleanness good be improved in around the room, lights and lamps (these appear to have remain uncleaned for some time). Overall for a 4* hotel and price paid I would not recommend this without significant improvements made.

Had an amazing time here in this cute, clean hotel

Had the best time. The staff was so nice and went above and beyond. My fiance sent me to Paris to see Taylor for my birthday and the hotel brought me a tray of goodies and a card with Taylor on it!! The room was huge and I could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. It was close to the metro and close to the venue.

De ligging was prima voor wat ik voor ogen had. Event in La Défense Arena

Personeel had iets vriendelijker mogen zijn. Het hotel op zich is ook wat outdated en de foto's op booking worden beter voorgesteld dan de werkelijkheid.

Nu am gasit nimic de mancare pt pranz sau cina in hotel ori nu am fost informati. Restaurantul pt mic dejun este sub dimensionat.

A part ces quelques aléas notre séjour s'est bien passé et nous reviendrons certainement

La chambre en soi était très bonne, mais nous étions étonnés de ne pas avoir de réfrigérateur, ni d'eau à boire . Pour un hôtel de ce standing c'est assez surprenant

La coupure d'eau en matinée au moment où nous voulions prendre notre douche... d'abord plus d'eau chaude et ensuite plus d'eau du tout. Une panne...

We had supper and wasn’t impressed. Ordered medium rare steak and received show leather. They did take it back. The spinach risotto was good though.

Beds are very firm. And the noise level from upstairs guests was very disturbing.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly the restaurant staff. Our room was comfortable with a great view.

Superb

Location is excellent as we are walkable distance to metro station. Its also 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping center which has everything you need for shopping, food and supermarket, etc.,

adding breakfast to our stay was little bit expensive and we opted it out. It could be a great option to have as part of the booking as going out everyday for breakfast with family is not great when you woke up from a tiring sight seeing the day before.

Good location. It is a bit out side of the Paris tour point, but very close to the subway station and it is just 3 stops away from the Arc of Triump. The hotel is a bit old but it was quite clean. Value for the money.

If you drive a car to the hotel, I recommend you should drop your luggage in front of the hotel enterance before you park your car. It is very wired structure from parking lot to the hotel lobby. You have to go through stinky stairs with your luggages and there's no elevator. But one good thing is that the parking lot is spacious and safe. Also, I have never seen a hotel the vacum cleaner and cleaning stuffs are stored and displayed at the hallway.

Nice and comfortable hotel

The hotel is good and nice. I would take it again. The rooms are good, quiet, and comfortable in general. The are spacey, and allow you to work from the room if needed. There is a desktop with enough space. The bathroom is nice.

I think the mattress needs to be changed. It was sagging on both sides. Not much problem for me but I think for a 4 star hotel it should be better. Other things are just ok but could be improved: The carpet look very old, and the same for the doors. And the wall paint looks very old already (it's gotele style)

Very good

The Hotel was very close to the Metro Station which has a direct connection to Champs Elyssee all the way to the Louvre , and one station away from La Defense Arch where there is a huge shopping complex with a supermarket and asian restaurants. The room was big and clean, and the bed quite comfortable. The reception and housekeeping staff were quite pleasant.

The room is very warm. The guy at the reception explained that since it is winter, the airconditioning is set at high temperature. The problem is the window can't be opened so even if its cold outside the cool air can not enter the room which makes it verrry warm.

Excellent, great value stay

Very friendly staff, even gave colours and mini teddies to my children. I requested an eiffel tower view and it was a great surprise for my daughter. Had dinner and breakfast included, very tasty and well looked after by a new member of staff (don't remember his name 🙈) The hotel looked after our bags after we checked out so we were free to explore Paris. Would stay again.
