Séjour parfait à tous égards!

Je voudrais féliciter cet hôtel pour son emplacement idéal et son équipe de personnel exceptionnelle. L'emplacement central m'a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville, et le personnel a toujours été aimable, attentif et serviable, rendant notre séjour vraiment mémorable. Merci pour cette expérience merveilleuse!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location

It is advertised the rooms are air-conditioned, however, it was not working at all in my room. In summer days, it is not comfortable at all to stay without the air-conditioning.

It was OK

The place was clean, the staff was helpful, the bed was confy, the breakfast was good. Everything was ok. I'm not giving it a higher mark because I save the highest for something extraordinary. This was just ok.

The room was small and the hotel didn't offer clothes ironing services. Wish they had an electric outlet close to the bed.

The room is too smal! there is not a kattle,no coffe,no tea! was cold in room,we tried to comunicate with techniks amd they told that it is cold outside and because is cold in room! Did not recomend this Hotel!!!!!!!😡😡😡

Not bad, but not great either. Too many little problems.

Staff were very friendly. Location is very good, right on the metro line 1, which leads directly to the city centre. The metro entrance is a 3 minute walk away. No parking in the hotel but there is a Q-Park parking garage nearby.

There was a series of minor inconveniences that made our stay less enjoyable. We asked for 2 triple rooms, but when we entered the rooms they were doubles - the third bed still had to be installed. The staff clearly hadn't received the message that the room should be a triple. As a consequence, there were only 2 towels instead of 3. On the 2nd day, our key cards stopped working. The 3rd bed had some broken parts (nothing structural luckily). The 3rd bed was very uncomfortable (too hard and too short). In one room, the tv stopped working - staff couldn't fix it. I saw some litter on the floor of the corridor that remained there the entire time of our stay (3 days). The hot drinks at breakfast were too hot. One of the elevators wasn't reliable and would get stuck regularly.

Clean, friendly staff & perfect for city breaks

The staff was exceptionally friendly! And the metro station is really close. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well equipped.

The room was a little small - but it wasn’t that much of a bother since we didn’t spend all day in it.

breakfast was good, staff was welcoming, rooms are quiet even if you have the view on the road and esplanade de la défense, well located

you cannot open the window in your room. I can understand because it’s a high building but there is a lack of fresh air in the room even if you turn on the fan. In the hallway, same feeling but worse. Apparently they cleaned rugs so it’s why it didn’t smell great … Rooms are getting a bit old and need to be freshen up.
