Établissement et personnel très agréable

La disponibilité et l’amabilité du personnel , le calme de l’établissement, le petit déjeuner à volonté avec des produits de qualité et un grand choix salé sucré.

Une réserve concernant la salle d’eau, vmc à vérifier et receveur de douche glissant

300 Euro taxa pt cazare de 200 Euro

Personal de treaba, mic dejun variat si bun, iar hotelul este ok in afara ca perdeaua avea foarte multe rupturi in ea.

Am facut cazarea FARA sa fie mentionat, decat intr-o nota de subsol foarte fina ca trebuie platit 300 Euro (three hundred!!!!) as colateral in case something breaks. And I HAD TO PAY CASH - if I paid by card they would have given me my money back in 3 days!!! 🤬🤬🤬 .... se pare ca de nervi am inceput sa vorbesc in engleza 😆

the staff was very nice and friendly and make you feel home especially an Algerian girl i didn’t save her name ( from Souk Ahras ) she was so sweet the location is very good , close to many restaurants or caffe or shops , close also to metro station . also a big thanks to the housekeeper lady who found my AirPods and and came to give me before I leave hotel

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The accommodations were absolutely lovely - my room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby each night. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options - the food was simply outstanding. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was expertly prepared and delicious, with a range of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The staff, amenities, and location were all exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

the location is great and the breakfast is excellent

the parking is difficult to find and then you have to walk through a strange hallway to find the hotel entrance which includes lugging your suitcases up some awkward stairs

Exceptional

My room was extremely clean, bright and comfortable. The breakfast area was very spacious and bright, with a good selection of food and drinks. The location is great, with the metro a five minute walk away and the sea about twenty minutes on foot. (from where you can follow the coast all the way to the city centre). I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and thought it was exceptional.

we did not like the location and found the reception we received much less personable than the other hotels we stayed at

the staff initially dealing with us were not particularly friendly or helpful but the breakfast staff were nice and the staff when we were leaving were more helpful.

everything: very clean, well located for public transportation (beach, downtown), nice staff (reception and at breakfast), excellent breakfast

They charged us an extra deposit of 250€ that wasnt mentioned before. After the trip, the amount was returned on the debit card

Excellent hotel beside velodrome

Excellent location beside velodrome in the heart of marseille , we got a lovely big room with a terrace that was fully kitted out . Staff were very friendly and courteous , i would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to watch a match
