There was a fire on the first night, we stayed outside for 2 hrs while the firemen work which is not their fault but there was no attempt from the management to check how we were or else.... The service was rude: got waken up by the housekeepers yelling at each other early morning, the front desk called my cell to claim my room was not paid on day 2 and asking for my CC number over the phone (later to realize it was but never apologized), the rooms were old and cleaned any other day despite the cleaning sign on the doorknob, the building itself is old and not maintained,
