The apartment was clean and well appointed. It is in a very convenient but quite part of town. Our stay was lovely.

The apartment was ideally located close to all the main attractions and was finished to a high quality.

The apartement is well equipped and perfectly situated in the old town of Bordeaux. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. We had an enjoyable stay in the beautiful city of Bordeaux.

Lovely apartment... VERY central...only adverse comment was the flimsy curtains especially in the bedroom

We stayed here for three nights. I have stayed in many apartments before all over the world and I was expecting at least the bed to be comfortable and to find a sufficient amount of toiletries. I had to wash my hands with shampoo because they only give you one soap for two sinks! The bed is a simple mattress with two small pillows.
There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the bed is very close to the bathroom and there's no door just a curtain.
The location is great due to the proximity to Saint James St. where you can find many shops and cafes.
Communication was good and I never saw anyone, and we were able to check in and out by ourselves.
Unfortunately,I feel that I paid too much for this place.

Lovely apartment with all amenities. Great location. Host was helpful and efficient. All information was helpful and accurate. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Big apartment two floors up ( no elevator) in cobblestoned central historical area of Bordeaux. Renovated with all modern kitchen, bathroom. Furniture could be more comfy and the bathroom needs a fan (moldy smell) but that’s common in very old buildings. Management very responsive. Super for 2 people.

The location was perfect for us. The accommodations were better than expected and management worked with us to check in early and told us the easiest way to get from the train station to the apartment. We would stay here again.

The photos absolutely capture how lovely this apartment is: a gorgeous old building updated with all the modern conveniences yet preserves its period architectural details. The location is a quiet residential cobblestoned street, with cafes, the river, and historical monuments just a short walk away.

Should not collect security deposit. Walls need to be touched up. Blind in bath cord broke. Small things that might be called damage. Otherwise we enjoyed your place very much.

The apartment was exactly as it was said to be and the tall windows with balcony over the quiet street were a wonderful feature. Management company is excellent!

Everything went well! Easy communication with lots of suggestions for the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, incredibly quiet most of the time, yet close to every kind of restaurant, shopping, and the river promenade. Great appliances and well stocked for cooking fresh foods from the Marches de Capucins. Good help from the property managers, as needed. I'd stay for a month if I could!

This apartment is located very close to transportation in an area that is also fun to walk through. We loved the modern amenities in a 17th century setting. Don’t bring a car to Bordeaux since it’s so easy to get around in and parking is a nightmare. Loved the high ceilings, hardwood floors and modern kitchen. Washer & dryer were great assets. The management was very responsive too. We’d stay here again any time!

Very helpful check in and very responsive. Great location, cool apartment.

Host and their team (Eneka) were very welcoming - even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. This was in a great location. Super close to transportation. The apartment is in a lovely building - very spacious. Great bathroom with a huge shower. Thanks for an awesome stay.

We love everything about this apartment. It is well-located, clean, and has excellent appliances. The river rocks on the shower floor are a wonder for tired feet. The staff is terrific and responsive. We had stayed here in 2013 and felt as if we were coming home on our return visit.

Spacious apartment in a good location.
We had excellent communication with our hosts before and during our rental. Carmen met us at the apartment and did a thorough orientation and the house manual was very helpful, especially for the appliances that are quite different from ours in North America. The host was very responsive to a couple of issues that we raised during our stay (cleanliness in a couple of places and supplies that were missing) and I am sure that these will be rectified. The apartment is easy to find and close to the tram lines, but also within easy walking distance of all of the sites in the historic centre of Bordeaux. It is just outside the main tourist area and is quite quiet. There are many good restaurants a short walk away and Carmen pointed us toward local markets where we could buy great produce and food for cooking at home. The apartment is very large and comfortable. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped. The shower is great! Bordeaux is a wonderful city and we would love to visit again!

very beautifull apt in the centeri
My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 days in this apt. I loved everything about it: the bed, shower, the high ceilings and the building itself. Its in the center om a narrow charming street. There is a big food shop Carrefour close by. I can really recommend this apt; its quiet and just close to everything. You will have everything you need in this gem of an Apartment; much much better (and cheaper) than a bland hotel.

Fully updated flat in an ancient stone building (in the old center). Convenient to shopping/Metro.
We came for a meeting in the Palais de la Bourse. The flat is large by Paris standards, and the location was perfect, being a 7-minute walk from the meeting. The bedroom is in the back and quiet. With a supermarket nearby (4 min walk), we enjoyed using the kitchen, which is well-equipped. Antoine was great, making us welcome and being available by email or at his office (2 min away). We did not have a car, and from the looks of things a car would not be practical in the center of Bordeaux, just as in central Paris.

This apartment is beautifully designed, stylishly furnished and thoughtfully equipped with good china and heavy cutlery and a range of meile appliances. The check in process was easy and professional. We were very comfortable here. As regular airbnb users we were surprised to have pay extra to rent linen as well as buy extra soap for the handbasin. Although we could easily walk to centre ville, and the tram was convenient, the location is at the less desirable edge of town and Cour Victor Hugo is home to the Turkish community.

Good apartment (with a parking problem)
My wife and I spent 3 weeks in this apartment in April, 2017. We have rented apts. in numerous European countries over the past 15 years and rented a different apt. in Bordeaux for 3 weeks in 2013.
Bordeaux is a terrific city from many perspectives and this apartment has a good location. Reasonably close to the very efficient tram system and walking distance to many of the interesting places in the city. The kitchen is good (we cook) and well equipped and the apt. is not cramped at all. The managers were helpful with pre-arrival questions and coordination.
However, this apt. should NOT be listed as having parking. If you need to park at your apt. do not rent this one. There is a garage at the apt.....and we rented the exact car the managers told us by email would fit. On arrival we were told to use a public parking garage 5-6 bocks away. No key to the garage was furnished by the (very nice) young woman who let us in the apt. She essentially spoke no English though the actual managers speak and write it quite well. I spoke by phone with one of the managers and was basically told the garage was not available. We were saved only by the fact that we didn't pick up the car until 7 days after we moved in. Had we arrived in the car it would have been a disaster. When I texted management for assistance (as we were told to do when arranging move in) regarding public parking procedures, cost, etc., I was ignored for 4 full days. We spent quite a bit of time on our own gathering the necessary information----which they could have given me in 2 minutes---and of course had to pay for the public garage. So....if you are planning to drive on side trips and think you will park in accord with the apt. you read about.....caveat emptor!

This was a lovely apartment in the centre of Bordeux. We travelled as a group of four. Irish guys to see Ireland play in the European football championships. There is a double bed in one room with a fold out couch bed in the sitting room. Shower facilities are very good and the apartment is very modern.
Would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking to stay in the heard of the city!

We booked the place for a week to attend a professional conference which happened to be during the Euro Cup, so we were advised to book ahead. We were quite happy with the arrangements to book the place, all very professional, almost too professional, reminding me of the Swiss. We were met, as scheduled, to gain access, and were indoctrinated about the use of all facilities which included very modern appliances. The apartment is spacious with a living room overlooking the street below, large bedroom, and enormous shower. The location is only a 5 minute walk from Porte de Borgogne Tram station which is easily reached from the main train station (Gare St. Jean). The central market, and eateries are all close by. Although there is a complete kitchen, we opted to only cook once as we were stuffed, a problem while eating in Bordeaux. While most of our meals were provided by the conference program, it would be enjoyable to visit the central market and take home the bounty of Bordeaux produce to eat at home; but, as I said, we ate out much of the time.
The highlight of our trip was the annual fete le vin, which included an extraordinay light and sound show on the quai.
I admit that I was a bit nervous about the 200 euro deposit, but with a quick inspection, that was returned in full, which gave me confidence to write this positive review.
I have only one negative comment. The charge a 70 euro fee for linen. From an American perspective, that is unusual, as we expect linen to be included in a rental fee. But, I think I got most of that back. Anyway, it was unclear, but it that is the French way, it was only a small inconvenience. We had colleagues staying in hotel rooms at more expense without all the conveniences of an apartment.
So, I would rate this 5-star,would stay there again if we traveled to Bordeaux, and would highly recommend it to friends.

We loved the apt. Close to everything and easy to find. Our only critisism would be it is quite noisy. We were there over a weekend and the Neighbours were coming home at 2, 3 and 5am. The lights come on in the courtyard hence into our bedroom and the talking travels greatly.

We stopped over in Bordeaux for 2 nights en route to Paris. We were very happy with this spacious apartment and the welcome and check in process. The apartment is located on the edge of old Bordeaux so that all the attractions are within walking distance. It is well appointed and fitted out and accurately presented on the website.
