Abendessen.

The staff were so helpful

Efficient. Clean . Had everything we needed for an overnight stop.
4.1
Nice stop for a night with a pool and delicious breakfast
4.1
Staff were friendly and efficient both at reception and also in the restaurant.
Room 206 was a little tired - both the carpet and the wash basin were stained.

There are bed bugs in my bed and I got bitten in several places with red spots appearing on my lower back, legs. I couldn't sleep well due to the bed bugs.

Great location.
The breakfast could have been excellent but there were loads of flies on the food.
4.1
Decent hotel, rooms were okay
Breakfast was poor, very poor selection, just not great

Facilities were good, and clean, location was ideal for stop over on way south
Restaurant was bad, staff rude and not apologetic after spilling water over my wife. Manager was walking around doing nothing but bossing his staff around who chaotic and doin* everything to avoid being told off by manager. Menu was small, expensive and little choice, food was adequate.

A year later and we still enjoy this hotel as a stopover on our way to the Atlantic and back. It has everything we need and more. We actually look forward to spending a night here. Especially the outside area is unexpectedly nice. If there is a downside, I would say the breakfast is overpriced, unless you are very hungry and have plenty of time to eat. But there is an express breakfast option that is not advertised and that is good value.

Room and look freshly renovated
value for money. Around 300€ for a room next to highway…

wifi was good
Everything else. There was literally cum on the wall.
4.1
Easy access from motor route. we were given an upgraded room upon request. Friendly staff.
Fitness center could be more well-ventilated & cooled as the steam from whirlpools below rises to workout machines above - almost too hot to exercise in there.
4.1
Room was clean and bathroom too.
The location is not great, a bit far from everything, breakfast was quite basic, not too much choice.
Staff working in the evening/ night shift is probably the worst I have ever seen so far in 20 years of traveling. Rude, unpolite, they just do not care about the customers, they have no manners... if that was my hotel, they would need to find another job in a different industry, obviously not facing clients.
I went with my daughters for dinner, they were ignoring us, and when we managed to order the food, they came with a terrible pizza they throw to our table and a cheese and ham sandwich which was hot on the outside, while you could feel the ice inside that sandwich. They do not even how to heat a frozen sandwich properly.
To me is clear, I will never go back again and I will advise friends and family to do the same.

Acceptable
TV did not work. Staff could not fix. Offered me change of room. I was to exhausted to change rooms. I watched football on TV in foyer but cost me 20 Euro for refreshment. TV is a basic thing they should verify before each guest arrives. I will bet you it will be same for next guest.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are correct, the beds are of good quality.

Handy for the airport, convenient shuttle
nothing
