réception

les fenêtres s’ouvrant sur une Cimetière, on dorme pas bien…. le resturant très mal servi, on tu demande de faire vite car il doivent fermer, repas brûlé et les personnels parlent trop fort!

This was perfectly suitable as a stop over on the way to somewhere else.

The room was clean (as expected) and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. This was the perfect stop over from Grenoble on our way to the Dordogne.

Nice staying

We stayed in August for two nights on our way through France to Spain, we really liked the hotel, the very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, underground parking for 5 Euros, excellent breakfast, etc. On our return to the UK we chose this same hotel to rest for one night. Everything was perfect.

Hotel modern and bright. Very large comfortable bed. Good restaurant

no tea/coffee making facilities in the room so if you don’t book breakfast cannot have a drink before leaving early

Check in was very easy, staff were friendly , the room was very clean and the shower was good

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. A good location with parking and the tram stop for the city centre was just across the road.

There was not a great deal of choice for breakfast and think it over priced for what was on offer.

Nice clean property with decent amount of parking spaces. Helpful & nice staff on the front desk at check in and out.

Breakfast menu was somewhat limited, but good enough for a one night stay.

Good overall with some deign challenges!

The room and property overall was very clean and refreshed!

The room has a few design issues: first of all the bunk bed design is such that it is too easy to hit your head on the bunk when getting into the lower bed. The bunk should be taller. The shower door leaked like crazy due to the big hole in the door where a handle should be and it just didn’t close properly. There was this repeated loud buzzing sound coming from the AC so we simply turned it off at night to get to sleep.

A great way to relax during Christmas

What I like about Ibis is that everything is super clean, super new, and you know exactly what you are going to get.

What I hate about Ibis are those old soap holders, because the plastic cap always falls off. I see you are transitioning to new black pump soap holders - good job. They seem to me to be more hygienic since you don’t have to squeeze the whole bottle with your hand.
