Above all, to me, it was the location.
But also for all other criteria one can think off, the hotel is recommendable.
I would come back...
Nothing to comment on.

Great value for money, rooms are really nice and comfortable for what you’re paying. Reception was really helpful with the check in and the location is fairly central. Would stay here again!

Great location, helpful staff and really good breakfast. The entrance is welcoming, the standard rooms are fine for the price. Good place to stay…
Room could have been cleaner, bed was very clean & comfortable though.

Pleasant hotel in good location

- Central location: The nearest subway station is around 2min by foot, and the station is 3 stations away from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), 4 stations away from the Old Town. Super convenient.
- The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and there's a small park at the corner. Quite some restaurant and bar options nearby as well.
- Steady supply of warm/hot water in the shower (important in cold days!)
- The room looks a bit old (as from the carpet)

20 minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof. Rooms and breakfast were good.
Only downsides were no bar and I expected more for the price.

Great location. 5 mins from a subway station which is 2 stops from the HBF, or 30 mins pleasant walk to the center. Lovely neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants and stores.
Very little. Its a very nice hotel.

Family wedding and all travelling from England, France & Spain and Germany/Berlin so super location as the Bride & Groom living close by, couldn't have been better! Rico was a star and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Saeed was also extremely helpful. Breakfast plentiful and very good. Can recommend this hotel with a big👍

So dissapointment, they have a pretty rooms, confortable for a quickly travel but the service is bad.
I had a problem with the heating, I askedfor help and the staff didnt bring me a support. A bad staff service. I had sleep with cold all night.
Also, the recepction is not 24 hours. They have schedule 7 to 11 and 15 to 20 but the receptionist never stay in the reception.
In the morning, when i did my check out, the person only said sorry, but he didnt give me a solution.

The room is clean and big enough for 2 people.
The male receptionist with long grey hair was very aggressive. When we arrived at around 12, he told us we could only get the room at 3pm. He shouted: “I said 3, then 3”. It would be ok for us to wait until 3pm when that was the correct check-in time. But his behavior was very rude. He did not even provide us with a proper place to leave our luggages. A lady wanted to help us, but he talked in German with her that she should leave us to do it ourselves. Bad luck for him, we understood German.

Superb! The facilities are good. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is very closed to München HBf. Also the price is not high.
The Staff of the hotel is very kind. They provide you with abundant breakfast and they serve you directly.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
Only tap water is available. No mineral water or water boiler.

Very quiet place with a confy bed

Very friendly staff.
Missing air conditioning is a big minus.
The very few parking spots are extremely narrow.
