This was good accommodation but parking is an issue.

Excellent sejour entre ami, hotel central tout se fait à pied.

Emplacement parfait, tres facile d’acces. Le check-in/check-out est tres bien indiqué, tres simple. Immeuble propre, securisé et proche de tout. Nous avions 2 chambres, elles étaient toutes deux tres bien équipées et la literie était tres bien ! Les lits sont tres confortables. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied sans prendre le metro. Aucun avis sur le parking nous étions en train.

Appartement mit viel Platz und einem -für die Wiesn-Zeit angemessenen Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis, da 1-3 Pers. dort

- sehr zentrale Lage, nahe dem Bahnhof und der Wiesn - Unterkunft ist wie ein kleines Ferienappartment sehr komplett ausgestattet und bietet viel Raum

- die Einrichtung ist etwas „zusammengewürfelt“, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck - Ambiente des Zugangs im Hof ist etwas ungewöhnlich

Great stay! Simple but convenient.

It's a simple place, but super convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The kitchen is tiny so any cooking is a bit limited.

It's OK.

Self contained apartment.

The bathroom had constant odor from the drain, and we sprayed air freshener and also used lysol spray, it did not stop. The pipe from the shower was leaking badly.

Excellent location, great instructions how to find the apartment and keys. The host responded immediately to our request to park the car in the backyard.

it's very different from.the pictures , very old n run down furniture. it was not our selected property , booking.com site some goofed up n last minute our booked hotel got cancel n booking site agent suggest this one , very high price for the bad aparthotel

it was dirty full with mold the bed sheets were dirty and the pick of everything is that we found a hole cigarette in sheets

The location is convenient, about 10 minutes walk to Munich hBf or a few minutes to U-Bahn Station Theresienweise. The check-in is easy, entirely staff-free and we were allowed to settle in an earlier time (14:00) than a standard hotel. The room is spacious for three adults and clean with a simple kitchen and washing machine which are helpful to long-stay travelers.

The corridor have a lingering cigarette smell which could be unpleasant, though there seems to be no rules about smoking indoors so it is a give or take for us.

It had all we needed for a short stay in Munich. It’s small and we were with 3, but we managed just fine and we were comfy, even.

Nothing of much importance for such a short stay.

There was a large amount of black mold, making breathing difficult for the entire stay.

The location and ease of entering and exiting was great. We were within walking distance to popular attraction and were very pleased with the process of checking in and parking.

The black mold was horrible and made the good areas not worth the stay. I have an immune disorder and was exposed to black mold in high volumes. After being in the apartment for less than two hours, I began feeling the effects of the mold. My daughters complained of headaches and did not feel well. My family and I had difficulty breathing and we were forced to keep the windows open, despite the temperature, so that we could breathe. I was very reluctant to shower because of the amount of mold. I am not sure how this was missed or how this is even legal to rent in these conditions. It made the entire trip extremely difficult to enjoy as the effects of the mold did not instantly go away after leaving the apartment.

Spacious apartment with everything you could want. Great modern bathroom with washing machine. Heating works well and located close to shops and transport. Very comfortable stay.

A room that has everything you need, mini kitchen, fridge, washing machine, bathroom etc. This property is very close to the train station and oktoberfest. We walked everywhere.

Don’t stay here!! Horrible!!

No bath mat, no hand towel, some of our towels were wet upon arrival, the rooms were the smallest bedrooms I have ever stayed in. You could barely walk by the bed. the living are was minuscule. We were on top of each other. The shower was open to the very tiny bathroom so the entire bathroom floor was wet the entire time. I messaged the owners about this and asked them to bring bath mats and towels and they did not. they advertised free parking and then didn’t give it to us. it was literally the worst place I have ever stayed and one of the most expensive. 2700 euros for 4 nights. a complete rip off!!

A cozy and quite big flat, right next to the Octoberfest and the Main Train Station. We had a waching machine and a kitchen, a lot of cutlery, mugs, a kettle, a stove and a fridge. Very good for staying with children. The heating was on, because it was +6 at night.

Quite expensive, but this is because of Oktoberfest. 1st floor, so only a courtyard is visible from the windows
