And ok facility , nothing fancy but has clean confortable.

Property was clean, staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Bed were very comfortable

No coffee machine or kettle in the room, we were charged 3 Euro for a small coffee /tea in the restaurant. Rooms are starting to get a little worn looking , nothing exceptional about the rooms . Not many restaurants near by .

Das Bad hat jeden Tag nach Kloake gerochen. In den Fugen in der Dusche am Boden und zur Decke sichtbare Schimmelflecke. Ein Ersatz Kissen wäre schön wenn man nicht so flach schlafen kann.

Nice quiet leafy residential area on a good bus route near to U-bahn stations and shops

Friendly staff and free boiling water (and milk) in the kitchen to make my morning cup of tea. Generously sized bedroom. Nice bathroom with good layout. Good TV reception. Elevators very quick to arrive,

I would recommend that they buy some new luggage scales. The one they lent me at reception were not accurate. Tea and coffee-making facilities (including a kettle) in the bedroom would have been rather nice, (but maybe you never get that in Germany).

Not ideal

Breakfasts where good but that was pretty much it

Room was all scratched up, plus we were situated right at sidewalk level so anyone could break the window and steal all our stuff.

Very good

Got upgraded for free. Feel welcomed to ask for any help. Gate locked at night for security reason. Appreciate it. I'd still recommend this place )

The working staff including cleaning ladies are usually nice and polite, excep for one girl at reception 🥶 A different attitude towards English speakers and German speakers. The location isn't very good to the downtown.

The hotel room was "klein aber fein". It was very clean- Congratulations!!. The breakfast was super, the personal at reception was very nice and helpfull! The place is quite quiet, you have many common transportation in the areas, nice small restaurant at maximum 20 minutes walk.

the furniture was very, very old. I was having a single that was older than me :) with cupboards in which there were old kitchen parts inside / not in use any more !! When I arrive in romm was extremly cold, and also the radiator in bathroom was not working properly.

Generally our stay was comfortable and we probably would stay there again.

The staff were really excellent. They were all very friendly, kind and would do everything to help. The rooms were quiet and beds very comfortable.

We generally do not have breakfast, however in the locality of this hotel it would have been beneficial for us if the breakfast had not been so expensive. Tea/coffee making facility as standard would be good, rather than having to pay for each day of the stay. A small fridge would be very useful too. More lighting in the room would help and our bathroom looked rather tired and in need of renovation.

The property was good a bit worn in some areas but that was fine, the breakfast was great just what I needed to cure some of my hangover the staff were very friendly and gave us bottled water every morning it’s a bit far from the city but about a 10 min walk to the train station and your there in like 10min or you can buss from across the road but takes longer, but yeah good stay just might need some small fixes in my opinion
