Ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Super Lage mit einem traumhaft Ausblick und freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig und gut.

Die Bar haben wir nie offen erlebt immer ein Schlild heute geschlossen Das Hotel war sehr voll und man hat zum Frühstück nicht mal zu zweit einen Platz gefunden Das Auto konnten wir zwar vor dem Hotel parken aber nicht wie beschrieben für 10 € am Tag sondern 20 € das ist echt heftig.

Good stay as expected.

Location is perfect. Restaurants and shops in very close walking distance. Rooms were freshly refurbished. Beds and pillows comfortable. Parking on site (cost 18 euros I think). We stayed there approximately 10 years ago and it was the same good.

Could do with kettle in the room to make hot drinks. Air conditioning system didn't blow enough cold air but it was ok.

gute Lage , Verkehrslärm, schlecht ausgestattete sehr enge Zimmer,freundliches Personal

sehr kleiens enges Zimmer ,Bei geöffnetem gekippten Fenster -wir brauchen Luft - ab 5 Uhr in der Früh lautes Verkehrsgeräusch!. Keine Möglichkeit einen Kaffe oder Tee zu kochen;für eine Tasse Kaffe am Frühstücksbueffett wollte man 3 Euro ! Zugang zu Fuss vom Bahnhof nur 10 Minuten mit schwerem Gepäck aber sehr Kratraubend da steile Treppen zum Hotel. Also nur für Jüngere!

Gerne wieder

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut, das Personal im Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Solch tolles Personal haben wir noch nicht erlebt, danke dafür. Die zentrale Lage bedeutet natürlich auch Verkehrslärm, das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße und der Straßenbahnlinie. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt.

Alles in allem war es gut. Würden auch wieder kommen.

Sehr freundliches Rezeptionspersonal. Beim (ziemlich guten) Frühstück allerdings nicht alle. Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr praktisch und auch der relativ kurze Weg in die Innenstadt.

Hotelparkplatz war übertrieben teuer.

The misery of hotel may make me rethink to use this hotel despite good location.

The room was relatively large, and breakfast was good. Location was good.

The total lack of amenities made the stay hard. The hotel showed misery.

Not fit the expectations

Overall I have understood that for economical reason the hotel is in the process of downgrading from 4* to lower star rating. The room was not cleaned. After complaining the staff on the reception desk claimed that I should ask this specifically (as they wish to save their costs), showing me the information list. The issue is that I did not get such a list on check in. It turned THAT THIS IS A POLICY NOT TO GIVE SUCH A LIST TO AVOID ASKING FOR CLEANING. In addition, the mattress is old and hard and the hotel does not provide any mattress topper although I asked for it several times. The A/C is noisy. No fridge in the room. No places on the hotel parking (paid parking for 19 EUR/night): should look myself and the nearby parking machines do not accept credit cards. Overall I have understood that for economical reason the hotel is in the process of downgrading from 4* to lower star rating.

Breakfast was disappointing: no variety, especially for children (even automatic pancake pan was out of order, personnel was to busy to react to client's needs). Parking was expensive and still without reservation for clients coming in the late evening.

Good location. Nice and friendly staff. Spacious room.

Our room was right next to the elevator, and we could hear the elevator going up and down. That made us feel like it wasn't a good deal for so much money.

Great location and comfortable stay!

super central / best location: 5 min by foot from the main train station and right near the city center (art museums, restaurants, river cruise station)

super comfortable and clean rooms (very modern feel), I had an amazing view of the river and city! Also the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great value for money, will be back :)

Never knowingly going back

When I got there I was told my room had cancelled after 6 pm . I had been driving for 4 hours at that point - it was about 9 pm - and had not checked in with email. I was more than a Little upset. the positive thing was the staff were helpful in finding an alternative - maybe they experience of this ? I went to Dorint in the end which was an upgrade frankly and where the staff suggested I make a complaint.
