Everything,especially the balcony right next to the Neckar river,where you can see the beautiful traditional houses and forested mountainous terrain.This hotel is run by a beautiful family who go out of their way to give advice and tips about Heidelberg sightseeing or anything else. The bed is orthopedic, adapts to the body contours,therefore is both extremely comfortable and very good for the body. Bus to the centre is just outside.Major supermarket is 3 minutes walk away.

It is very clean, room size is good, location on the river, a bite away from the city centre which better as the street will be less noisy. Halal food is granted in the hotel, good and tasty breakfast

No lift in the building, no mini bar available in the room

A very pleasant stay, with a good night sleep. Good recommendation of the Italian restaurant.

Traditional outfit, plenty of space in the room, excellent views where we stayed, very friendly staff and a really good nights sleep! I l really appreciated the the external window shutters, which keep the room dark in the morning and any noise out

The breakfast is very good, but the price is a little steep. There is no bar, but the town is no far with an excellent Italian restaurant we were recommended. Book as it get really busy around 8 pm, most tables were reserved

Personal very friendly trying to male a pleasant stay for guests

Booked a room with 2 double bed and got 2 single beds instead. I tried to explained to staff and was told they were providing 2 double beds, after explaining it like a kinder garden they still didn't get it so I ordered and extra bed and had to to pay for it.

The hotel is situated on the banks of the Neckar River, with beautiful views from the windows. There is a bus directly to the old town & train station within 1 minute's walk, the transportation is convenient. The manager at the reception desk is very helpful and enthusiastic.

Insulation of the building and the size of the couple bed (140cm wide).

lovely view of the river, could watch boats and trains going by all day family owners friendly, location perfect, lovely taking the bus along the river in the morning and getting off at the old bridge to cross into the town

there's a busy road between the hotel and the river which is mostly invisible but certainly not inaudible (not noisy at night, just kills atmosphere a bit) one of the blinds was a bit broken and didn't lift completely hard to keep bugs out and enjoy the balcony in the evening

Good price quality. Friendly staff. Close to Heidelberg on the Neckar River with a convenient 7m bus connection to town.

The hotel is in between streets. And the breakfast buffet for EUR 15 pp is good, but a little pricy.

I will stay here the next time I visit Heidelberg.

Gino and the whole staff were amazing. The location within the village is ideal.

It was pretty warm while I was in town, and although I did not expect air conditioning in a small hotel like this, a ceiling fan would have been helpful.

Good hotel

Good location for bus no 34 into Heidelberg. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the river. We parked on the street.

There is a road infront of the hotel and behind it. But it was ok.

Quite location with friendly owners. Clean room with excellent view of River.

Furniture were a bit over dated, also restaurant were closed. Needed to go through narrow street for parking.

Great hotel and good value for your money. Great size room .We actually got the key earlier so we could go explore the old town. Entering the parking is a bit tricky, but definitely not a problem for an experienced driver.

Well, we don't like hotels charging extra for parking, but the fee was small only 5euro.
