Ein zweites mal wird es nicht geben.

Personal tlw. recht unfreundlich. Viele kleine Mängel im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel, z.B. Türen ohne Dichtungen haben beim Schließen laut geknallt. Toilette könnte sauberer sein. Wanne hat einige Schäden. Außenlampe tlw. defekt. Fliegengitter an Küchenfenster mit Klebeband befestigt. Deckenputz hing von der Decke. Verschlissene Teppiche. Tlw. Einfachverglasung der Fenster. Schneeschieber, Besen usw. mit Müllsack lagen im Sichtbereich des Eingangs auf einer Treppe.

Ein etwas veraltetes Hotel, schöne Lage, angemessener Preis.

Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Es besteht aus zwei Teilen. Das alte Hauptgebäude und ein später errichtetes Nebengebäude. Das Carl-Bosch-Museum in der Nähe, ebenso die Bushaltestelle. Das Heidelberger Schloss ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Restaurant ´s Kastanie in 10 Minuten. Die Altstadt erreichen Sie zu Fuß in weniger als 30 Minuten.

Hotel, Nebengebäude und Zimmer sind veraltet. Das Badezimmer ist veraltet. Schade, dass es viel besser sein könnte. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Bus stündlich bis 19:00 Uhr fährt.

Nice place to spend some romantic dream time around Heidelberg - car/taxi recommended.

Fantastic location above Heidelberg. Really nice breakfast. A call after forgotten things were found; it was easy to just drive back and to pick it up. It was great to get the permission for parking the car at the nearby museum.

We were a big group and the alike rooms weren't really alike. Some business rooms had a rather weak WiFi. The superior rooms were great.

Nice hotel. Good staff. Decent price.

My bathroom was so small ... only inches between shower, stool and sink. Was going to take a shower and decided not to for fear I'd trip on something and get hurt. Strange size since the room itself was huge and could have accommodated a bigger bathroom. Also it's very hard to find, especially in the dark ... I wouldn't go back as it's not convenient to things I wanted to see.

Beautiful hotel away from the crowds

Beautiful location walking distance to the castle, charming hotel, good breakfast, big room and nice bathroom

The room was quite dusty and especially the floor and windows were moist (we stayed on the -1 floor). Renovation works seem necessary. No option to get here without a car especially when it gets dark. It's a steep climb. But the taxi is easy and affordable.

The hotel is situated in a good location. The room was spacious enough.

The parking facilities is a bit difficult. The rooms are noisy. The was a (locked) door in the room the leads to the next room. That made awkward as you could hear what was happening in the other room. The breakfast was a bit limited.

lovely hotel, parking is possible in front of the door and if there is no space then a little further down the street. nice breakfast and 20 min walk to center (30 min back). friendly staff.

Delightful hotel in a fabulous areas.

It wasn't easy to get to the hotel, but to be honest, it was more than worth the drive uphill. The hotel is in a beautiful location set high up amongst trees. A stunning spot! The room was lovely with loads of space and double aspect windows. We were very comfortable there and also happy to simply sit in the garden under the trees, sipping a delicious, cold glass of wine. Lovely staff - nothing was too much trouble for them.

The parking was difficult, although we were lucky with a space. There are only four spaces and I could see that it wasn't really possible to expand - so get there early! Street parking outside didn't seem to be too much of a problem though.

The place was extremely quiet, old fashioned with high ceilings, seemed like a castle Staff was great , room was great

The location is near the castle meaning you need to walk on a 2 km incline if you don't have any kind of transportation

Picturesque hotel with lovely staff!

It’s a charming villa with its own atmosphere situated up a hill above the city. I loved that it was quiet and situated in nature. The checkin/out staff was young, motivated, very professional and helpful! The breakfast was super fresh and had a great variety. The man who serves the breakfast was very attentive and nice. The room was comfy. The hotel is also great for people with dogs.

For being picturesque on a hill the only “drawback” is that there are not many restaurants nearby to walk to (I found one). It also gets pretty dark on the roads around it, so not too much dog walking at night :)

Our room was spacious with a beautiful view over the valley. It was romantic and comfortable!

There was no breakfast, only coffee. There also are not stores or cafes nearby, so bring your own needs.

A queen bed instead of two twins pushed together.

Beautiful old building in a quite location with great views over the river

Quite place, location is not too far from Altstadt, hotel is in an old beatiful building, reception desk does not operate 24/7 yet they handled my late arrival smoothly, no elevator

Very good

Breakfast is very good. The whole staff are very helpful, friendly and nice. The hotel is in a quiet area which very pleasant.

The hotel needs to be refreshed especially the rooms.
