Made our stay very comfortable!

Idyllic hotel, perfect location for a base to travel around Switzerland! Lovely friendly staff, comfy beds. We absolutely loved the shutters and the view from the bedroom was stunning!

Nice heritage type property in a good location but rooms and bathrooms need to be upscale a bit for the rate being charg

Beautiful building and free parking. In a walkable location to the center. Terrific view from the room which was in the front of the hotel on the second floor.

Room and bathroom were very small and just about adequate. It was clean but a bad smell wafted into the bathroom from time to time. It is not a deal breaker but needs to be looked at. There was no AC in the room but a small fan which did the job when we were there.

Good views but bad hotel

The location is fab. Not exactly opposite the station but reasonably decent walk of abt 10 mins. Views mountains outside the hotel and from the room were nice. Except for Cindy rest of the staff like John breakfast room, Claudia/Daisy at reception were smiling and answered questions or helped when we asked anything

Facilities: No AC in the hot weather. A very small fan. Had to be uncomfortable and sweaty all night and request a table fan later on day 2 Over priced for the lack of facilities at almost CHF 1150 plus hidden costs of 210 CHF for extra bed even when we didn't want it as that was their policy to charge for extra bed and not extra person with breakfast without bed. Lady at reception Cindy - very rude and I wouldn't say racist as it's a very strong word, but let's say she wasn't really helpful. Not even smiling and welcoming. Quite a snub giver and will take her own sweet time to come out of the cabin to the main reception and make it look like a big deal if you ask her anything. I understand she's close to the owners so no one can say anything against her.

Beautiful city. Kind staff. Lovely hotel and definitely a place I’d visit again or suggest to others!

Lovely staff and great location right around the corner from the train station. The hotel staff were great and the hotel amenities were charming.

The hotel is so cute and in very beautiful atmostphere.

I like breakfast, room decoration, mountain view and location of the hotel.

Once we step into the room for the first time, there is many dust on the floor. We found that our feet is dirty and we need to clean the floor by ourselves. Next day, the room was cleaned up as it should be.

It is very near to the supermarket and the room is well sized. There is a lift in the place which is great if you have a few things to carry. Breakfast was decent with a good spread.

Comfortable stay

Breakfast was good, they even had rice and curry which I rarely found in any hotels in Europe. Location was beautiful, on the quieter side of Interlaken West but only a 5-7 min walk from the station. It is a small, well managed and comfortable hotel and met all my expectations.

Cute boutique-ish hotel near Interlaken West

The breakfast was good even though the options were the same throughout our stay. The croissant was lovely!! The female staff who worked the breakfast room was excellent and very friendly. Location was okay - close to Interlaken West station though it was an inclined walk. Difficult with large suitcases. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. Water pressure was good. We accidentally forgot quite a sum of money in the room, though in a pouch for almost all day. We came back and found it exactly where it was and money intact even though the room was clearly cleaned and made-up. Kudos to the staff!

Cosy n convenient stay

Hotel beausite is a walking distance to Interlaken West. This strategic location is easy access to my next destination to Zermatt, Bern etc. The breakfast is good n hv a lot of varieties too. We had a good 2N stay here.

Breakfast was the best, location was perfect, in the heart of a little town and also close to other locations which were just a train ride away! Room was very pretty and perfect size and staff was the best! Loved staying here!

Breakfast and the environment is good. Location is good if you don't have big luggage and having car. The room is private and quiet which is good after you travel all day.

Every breakfast has bees eating with us and our food haha. So we feel a bit afraid of them. If there is a way to let them a bit far away would be help.

Good

The staff was professional. the breakfast spread was very good. The cleanliness of the hotel was maintained at all times. There was evening coffee and cake which was made by the hotel itself and was really good. The location of the hotel was walking distance from all the amenities like supermarket, bus station,train station, restaurants, city centre. The view from the room/hotel was stunning.

The room size was exceptionally small with no proper ventilation. There was a fan provided but it was quite small. During afternoon the room felt stuffy.
