Excelente opção!!!

Atendimento impecável. Funcionários super dedicados em nos atender. Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, é um "belo clássico", muito bem conservado e os quartos são enormes e super confortáveis. A localização e ótima. Um pouco p/ esquerda e você está na estação, um pouco p/ direita e você está no Centro.

Não tenho do que reclamar.

موظفيين الاستقبال سيئين التعامل ولا يتم توضيح الامور من البداية التسجيل

الفندق لا يخدم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ولا يوجد مدخل خاص لهم قيمة المواقف مرتفعه موظف الاستقبال عند عمل تسجيل خروج اضاف مبلغ شخص على الرغم من ان الحجز مذكور فيه عدد الاشخاص واحتسب الطفل الرضيع الذي لم يبلغ عمر سنه بقيمة شخص

Very Good

Every staff of the hotel are very nice and helpful. They have helped me a lot.They have kept my luggage in the hotel during travel to Zermatt. They have handover my luggage in my hand all over in the station. Thank you for everything.

Konumu çok iyi, otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Karşılama çok iyiydi. Odada bizi bir karşılama notu ve çok kibar bir ikram bekliyordu. Banyo çok özel hissettirdi. Resepsiyonda Shams hanım çok nazik ve yardımseverdi, bizi evimizde hissettirdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi.

Rooms were very noisey between room Requested a coffee at 6.00am as we were leaving to catch a train to leave resort for next destination .The lady in breakfast was so rude and made no effert to help After spending chf 1000 per nite for 4 nites ($1700.00 per nite) i thought this was poor

Overall, i was there for hiking most of ghe days and I enjoyed till last day in Switzerland.

Location. Location and Location. view from my window. I had quiet room. thank you.

It wasn’t my first choice hotel, first day assigned room had problems with electricity issues due to construction but they gave me new room then I didn’t have issues since then but I wasted for 3 hrs of my day for that reason. didn’t get pre information regarding construction as well as electricity prior to arrival. did not like mechanical answer from receptionist front desk. also I had to ask olive oil every morning!!! not good to wait for olive oil.

Good Location

The hotel is well located, just a couple of minutes to Interlaken Ost train station. We were lucky enough to have early check in and be upgraded to a suite. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was so comfy! All the staff were very nice and helpful!

Pleasant

I was disappointed with the service I received at the hotel breakfast. The waiter was simply terrible, as I had to request hot coffee three times within an hour, but my order was never fulfilled. I couldn't understand why it was so hard to get a simple order of hot coffee, especially when the breakfast was supposed to cater to guests. This greatly affected my dining experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others for breakfast service.

pretty and clean room with nicely equipped (has minibar, coffee and tea, electric kettle, toiletries) it also provides free extra bed for children below 6 y/o near to interlaken ost train station good as a base to travel around the jungfrau region

No noise proofing - expect to hear your neighbors in all directions

looks nice from the outside

Disastrous soundproofing. it seems like the floors and ceilings have not been upgraded in their structure since the building was first built. I heard the stairs, the rooms next to me and the room above. All in all I managed to sleep less than 5 hours. I've slept better in many a youth hostel.
