Comfort stay with good spread of breakfast

The hotel is modernised and spacious. The room is also very bright and spacious too. The hotel also provide free shuttle service to & from the train station.

There is a unique smell in the room, not able to describe.

This place really surprised us! Good location, friendly staff, shuttle to and from train station. Rooms were comfortable, spa was great, and breakfast was good. Overall a really great stay.

Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy parking.

The room was spotless. The design of the room for 3 people was very nice. The entrance area allows for coats to be hung. We each had our own bed and a small sitting area with a table in the corner was a bonus. Traveling with an adult child it is great to have a true bed and not a pullout.

excellent service! hotel staff very accommodating…makes you feel at home. we loved the hotel’s Italian restaurant. lobby was modern spacious and lovely fireplace. free access included to the Ovaverva spa and indoor pool - do not miss! this is what the kids loved the most. pool for all ages and water slides. book a massage for extra cost - super relaxing and super worth it. you can walk 20mins to the center while enjoying the lake and the beautiful view.

small thing - pillows are very thin and could have been fluffier

comfortable in a great location to enjoy beautiful St Mortiz

Great location, easy 26 min walk into the Center of St Mortiz. Multiple dining facilities on site if you don’t want to leave the area or are stuck indoors.

Not all rooms are renovated to same standard, however everything was clean. You have to pay to access to the onsite wellness, the one included in the price is a 5 min walk away. not a big deal but also doesn’t make sense

nice modern room. Great friendly staff. the lounge bar area with the fire place and live music was just superb.

The aircon was set to hot air and it was very uncomfortable- we had to sleep with the window open. the hotel can be better at giving travel and excursion info.

Hotel looks old, the room was very small and uncomfortable, although we booked 20 sq meters room, it was not more than 14-15, like for 1 person, small uncomfortable bathroom. Very noisy from 7 am, because the room was next to stairs. The breakfast wasn’t good, food is not fresh and very poor choice of everything. it’s not 4* hotel, at the most 2*. it’s not worth the money they ask. very disappointed experience.

Very good

We loved staying here. Very clean and freshly renovated hotel. Reception staff were very helpful. I wish we could stay a little longer. I recommend booking for renovated rooms. Make sure have dinner at Hotel Corvatsch (sister hotel) Wellness/Sauna centre is spectacular! Do not miss.

Great location and walking distance to the centre of St Mortiz

Great location with views of the lake and mountains, short walk to the centre of St Moritz. Rooms on the higher floors are best especially if you request a view towards the lake.

Double bed used to be two single bed joined together and kept together After complaining several times they gave another room. even though we mentioned at the time of booking, we didn't get room with good view
